Bro you say we only got 20k people. As of 2014 we had 24k and have grown a lot from then. We now have about 120k people. We also do have busses that go into different places. We have about 10 bus stops. And sure we are expensive but you can also get a town house and it depends on where in Chestermere you want to buy. Kinniburgh, more expensive but with westmere, pretty cheap. So in my opinion this is bull shit and I think you should get your facts straight before you make a vid on it buddy
You don't have 120k population 🤣and even if it is 24k people, its a slight margin of error from my 20k compared to your 120k. It’s still a small community. Second at the time of recording there was no bus service into Calgary. Only on August 30th, 2021 did a transit link between the 2 communities. Which runs 2 trips twice a day in the morning and evening. And 10 bus stops still prove my point that living in a smaller town, you sacrifice some public amenities. Again this is comparing to Calgary. Third, as for price it was based on the average price of a home. Of course you can find and buy a home that is cheaper than that. It still doesn't take away the average price. I appreciate your attempt to correct me but it didn't work.... buddy.
👍👍
Great video
