Sir my father's middle name is preset on my id and passport however in my degree and registration the middle name isnt mentioned is it gonna be problematic ?
it will cause problem in GMC registration

you can submit application max 3 months from your exam as per VISA rules

If I need to visit 1.5 months before my plab 2 date to attend academy, how do I explain those 1.5 months? Because visa office will be able to see my visit date as I'll attach a copy of flight booking. What to do?
you may apply 3 months before your exam date, and mostly VISA is granted for 6 months from the date of approval. So no need to tell them you're coming 1.5 months early

Is it necessary for the accommodation to be near the test centre (Manchester) or it can be in a different city like London at an academy's accommodation (not at a relatives place). Would it reduce the chance of getting visa if we show the proof of stay in London?
you can book accomodation near test centre by booking the one with free cancellation or if you wish to book London will need to attach travel booking plan as well
Its always better to show nearest place to live while applying for PLAB visa (he can raise objection in refusal letter that your accommodation is too far and i believe you are planning to visit UK for another cause not exam)

If someone ia poor and have no assets? Like land , car etc? And are income tax certificates of you and your father needed ?
Its not about wealth , as you are visiting UK , so they would consider whether you are able to afford your UK visit . If you need to show steady income and tax certifcates verifies , yes can be useful

It depends on your stay, basically visa office needs to determine whether are you able to afford the trip. Usually about 3000 pounds is enough for a month trip@@mrjaja7303
