I was talking to a friend about this card game and we both where just sitting there asking each other “why didn’t they just port Elder Scrolls Legends to ESO”. I mean…. Seriously it would have probably been a lot easier than making a entirely new game and the time saved could have been spent oh I don’t know….. fixing and balancing the game ?????? Seriously though TES:Legends is actually a pretty fun time killer and it hurts that it didn’t get more love.
Have you completed the full quest line yet? I'm stuck at "The Final Round". The guy is telling me I need more cards, but everything I'm finding online tells me I can't get the last two decks until I finish the final round. I'm master rank, is mine bugged?
To summarize, the key ESO "feature" for 2022 is an incredibly boring and overly complicated card battle game. This of course will include endless grinding for OP decks and card upgrades or else you will be steamrolled by any real player.
It definitely isn't interesting to watch I do agree. However, I would give the game a chance. I also didn't think I would like it but I ended up playing for like 6hours
@@Alcasthq When I first got to High Isle and started the ToT questline I was definitely put off. Firstly, I absolutely am awful at cards. Secondly, I kept thinking I'm not playing ESO to play a dumb card game. I just went ahead and finished the zone. As I was looking at the possible achievements I might have missed (obsessive completionist here) I thought, "OK, I'll give it a chance." And now I'm hooked. Geeeez. Now I just want to figure out how to use the Psjic card suite properly...I'm always wondering why I would want to purposely destroy one of my own cards - or put a couple in my cooldown pile. (This might give one an idea of why I'm not so good at cards! haha)
@@theevilargonian9251 A very small number of people, who , apparently like companions who die 3 seconds into a fight, have worthless damage and repeat the same 4 pieces of dialogue over and over.........WORTHLESS
The people who are mad about this card game are the same people that want more useless content like Cyrodiil. That pvp area is so god damn dead and it will never be fixed for that reason.
Here is what I need to know. 1. It’s Witcher Gwent rip off 2. I’ll never play it just like I don’t play Gwent 3. ESO is busy creating a stupid card game rather than fixing pvp 4. Why am I even here
This could have been so good instead they tried to overcomplicate it, where other games went into a simpler route for their card games.
They need to add a second tutorial that further explains the game. There is so much they didn't bother explaining.

I tried the quest but i fell asleep during the tutorial ! ...3TIMES !!!!! .... Too complicated , Too wooly and too long winded !

A card game is a card game. It's not a "Gwent ripoff." Card games have been a thing for hundreds and hundreds of years.
Its not like any Gwent version at all. Calling this dumpsterfire a Gwent ripoff is a huge insult to Gwent
