This is the best beginner guide for tales of tribute I’ve come across so far, the other ones seem to skip over details for the basic understanding of how it works. You do a good job
I have watched 3 other how to plays. This one, by far, is the best. The others are so jumbled. This one does it right. It starts off explaining the goal of the game and then proceeds logically from there.
Thank you for this video! I started to play ToT when it was first released but really didn't understand it, but this video explained it all very well! I thought to myself, if I can play MtG, certainly I should be able to learn this but I just couldn't find a good guide that explained it well enough for me. Yours did, I appreciate it, thanks!
new eso player who’s hype for golden road! i’ve played like 50 or so matches max and i still feel like i have no idea what i’m doing 😂 thanks for putting out this guide!!
unfortunately this is a year old & the Cpu will always sacrifice cards to gain prestige as well. I remember go every turn turning the yellow patron to my side next the Cpu will always bring him back to neutral. It pissed me off so much that all of 6+ blue cards gain higher prestige because of this than eventually lose.

do you have to play the cards back to back to get a combo? or just have them in the play deck together?
do the cards that you pickup that go into your cool down deck, are those cards used in your next turn?
@ 21:44, how come the purple one went infront of you instead of to the side with your other cards?
@ 9:22 you put down the red card, how come it didn't give you any power? don't the red cards give you power?
26:58 - where does it say that you will get 5 prestige?
