This looks like such a fun trip. I would love to make a paper lantern and seeing all it takes to make sake was so interesting to see.

I was wondering if it would be an insult to say that the sake tasted like water. ahhahaah but I love your honesty! =D

So much fun watching you enjoy your exploration of Japan. The best part is watching you go to places that been in operation for generations passing down family craftsmanship is one of the best reasons to explore. You should see about a place that hand crafts knives it really is amazing.

I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and I was really excited to see one about ibaraki prefecture! My husband lives in Mito for his job at Hitachi and I’m in the U.S. We were supposed to move there together but I ended up not being able to go. I’m visiting him in Japan for the first time this next week! So excited to finally go to Japan, after spending a year thinking I was going to move there :). Love watching your videos and I’m happy you and Ryuji are together now, I know how hard long distance is!!

Aww long distance is REALLY hard and I'm so happy you finally get to be with hubby and see Japan! You won't want to leave for sure! Hope you get to visit often! =) My hubby is not there but I miss Japan too! hehehe

FYI if you have hated sake in your country I guarantee you won't in Japan. Different processes make different flavors. :) just try it.

just gotta say your jacket is very cute! Ive been curious about hitachi seaside park but by the time i learned about it, i don't think the plants are as pretty as they are could be other seasons. maybe its not as red right now...unless you literally just filmed that then i'm wrong lol Also there is a place like that (can't think of the name) by mount fuji where you can see the mountain in the background..maybe not all year around though. Its amazing! But sadly cloudy when i went and you couldn't see fuji..but still amazing!
