Don't fully countersteer, instead of drifting with the intent of saving every spinouts just drift and let yourself spinout until you memorize the pattern of the car
i usually have anywhere from 20-21 air and 26-30 asphalt. in this vid it was 21/30. and yes, this is the full happogahara course by 90sgdsp, but a few days ago they released an awesome updated version

Suspension set up. I’m guessing a healthy amount of camber. If the 86 tuned has it too, add a softer front, harder rear spring / damper; and stiffer rear anti-roll bar

Try it again on the new map, the road surface is really bumpy as hell. Not sure how different it is to the one you have.
