Well, there is a price to pay to come back into this world as a spirit. I guess she has a big clan behind her back. Otherwise it's hard to manifest into this world. Going to another religion doesn't slove anything, because when you go back. You'll still end up at the same place. I guess that guy was just unlucky. Aren’t you suppose to tell the buyer that somebody passed away in the house when you sell, unless it’s back in the past 🤷🏻♀️ I would be upset and want a refund ..
It is legally not required by homeowners or realtors to expose that information.
I research and it says If you are the listing agent selling a home with death on the property, you must disclose this information. But per California civil code 1710.2, you only have to disclose this information if the death occurred within 3 years of the buyer making an offer 🤷🏻♀️ I don’t know of other state though.
