She manages to be iconic and somehow an underrated talent at the same time. I appreciate that she seems thoughtful and gentle in real life, because she can play characters that could rip your head off so well.

She's not underrated just less known than she used to be. Actresses over 50 generally don't get big roles in Hollywood, so a wide audience (say what? 25 yrs and younger?) weren't around when she was "A" list. Her peak period was early eighties to mid nineties. That's a nice stretch. She's kept working but the MCU has simply bumped her back in the spotlight a bit.

I'm obsessed with Catwoman, she is my favorite anti hero of all time. When the character is being portrayed, she has to be portrayed accurately in every detail. Michelle Pfeiffer's version is my all time favorite. Hearing her say that Catwoman is her favorite, made me love Michelle/Catwoman even more than I already did which I didn't think was possible. ❤️🥰😍

Its literally been almost 40 years since I first saw Ladyhawke, yet still, when I see a Michelle Pfeiffer anything pop up, I am viewing it, no questions. Its just hard to explain being a kid in the 80s and seeing Michelle from Scarface to Grease 2, Into the Night, then Finally Ladyhawke within a span of a few years. So indelible in my mind that for years, because I saw the movie at such a young age, all I could remember for years of Into the Night was her in that leather red jacket, without context. It wasn't until I was a teen that I was really able to identify the movie. I think I will forever be a fan of hers. 5 decades so far!

I work behind the scenes. Actors can request filters to slightly blur them out on camera. Filters soften the harsh lighting. I won’t mention any names, but if u saw many of these actors in person, u might see lots more wrinkles than u can see on camera. I was stunned in person when I met an actress in her 60’s. On camera she looks flawless. In person so many. Like, way more than I would have guessed. Many use to bake in the sun until
they found out how bad it ages skin, same as alcohol. Alcohol dehydrates u. Cigarettes too create deep wrinkles. So, all 3 are really bad. Michelle may not have many wrinkles in person, but she may?
Botox, her forehead doesnt move. Shes also has a slender body I dont think she put on so much weight since she was in her 20s, which makes her look young. And as LG wrote there is a filter on the camera, so wrinkles under her eyes are not as visible. Shes also beautiful, you can still be beautiful when you get older.

Nobody's talking about her fragrances enough! Discovered her line Henry Rose when she launched it, have smelled all of them. Wonderful product; you can tell she really puts a lot of heart and thought into it. Beautiful blends and they're really evocative. Check them out, seriously. There are many I wouldn't wear myself but honestly, they're all very well done and there's something for everyone.
