    My biggest challenge is finding people who are my ideal client avatar... I never did social media (seriously) or marketing before this, so it's a huge learning curve for me teaching myself how to find people online 😵‍💫

      Doing the work to know your ICA inside and out is what will set you apart from others in the industry! You've got this.

      Thank you @@SunnyLenarduzzi ! I'm gonna get it for sure; like Alex Hormozi says: "you either win or you learn" and "I cannot lose if I do not quit"... So I'm just going to keep at it until I learn how to win 😊

    You nailed it when you said 'social proof scales way faster than good marketing.' That one line carries the essence of this digital age we're living in. Your emphasis on validating the course and focusing on real client results is so refreshing. Thank you!

    What really landed for me was the social proof piece. I know this already, but I now understand the urgency of having those reviews and testimonials. Thank you, Sunny!

    Thank you for everything you do! Over the years I rewatch a lot of content as a grow and change.
    The biggest thing for me is finding out what is the hidden piece between two funnels: my TH-cam channel(clients love reiki) and what I do in person, (clients love readings and coaching session)
    Now I am full time entrepreneur.

    Hey Sunny! Big fan of YOU and your channel 💜 Point #8 really hit home. I'm designing my first paid course (I've offered free stuff) and I find myself really wanting to pack it to the brim. Hearing you say " from the clients view, why would they want to take more time to get the transformation." THAT IS HUGE!! Thank you ✨

Thank you for all the inspiration and strategies! Your newsletter is helpful too. ❤️

    I didn’t know I wanted to create an online course, but I do now 😃 More money has meant more work for me until now. I’ve been noticing people with digital products don’t have this problem. I’ve known this for decades but couldn’t think of a digital product to sell besides ebooks that were selling for 99 cents.

    • @SunnyLenarduzzi

      That’s awesome! Creating an online course is a great way to earn more while working less. Digital products, like courses, offer scalability without needing to trade your time for money-way more potential than 99-cent ebooks!

    Thanks, Sunny! Such a WEALTH of useful info here. I appreciate it! 💚
    I can totally attest to followers not necessarily equating to sales. My TikTok & mailing list are MASSIVE… and yet disappointing AF when it comes to converting to paying clients. And that, I’d have to say, is the biggest challenge in my biz: how to convert leads (both cold & warm) to paying, COMMITTED clients?
    Much love, and thanks again. 🙏

    But where do we presell. Where to announce it? What if you don't know any people?

    • @SunnyLenarduzzi
      @SunnyLenarduzzi  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Great questions! 😊 You can presell your course through various platforms like your website, social media channels, or email list. If you don’t have an audience yet, start by engaging in online communities where your ideal clients hang out-Facebook groups, forums, or even the comments section of relevant TH-cam videos. You can also collaborate with influencers or use paid ads to get the word out. The key is to connect with people who are already interested in your niche. If you need more guidance, feel free to ask! 🚀

    I'm dead in the water in trying to get social proof. I deliver a program that permanently lowers a person's stress level and I've actually delivered it to thousands of clients as a therapist. I can't ethically or legally ask therapy clients to disclose their personal information through testimonials. I know the program works because my clients tell me (almost daily) about the amazing results they're getting and sustaining. So, I've tried to offer the course for free in exchange for testimonials. Crickets. I've offered the course for free plus a number of free 1-1 coaching sessions. Crickets. I'm flumoxed. I have a product that has a super wide need. People want the transformation. People don't want to disclose the transformation. Or, at least, I haven't figured out how to frame that so people can relate to my product that way.

    • @SunnyLenarduzzi
      @SunnyLenarduzzi  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Do your best to not get discouraged! I don't recommend offering your program for free or offering free 1:1 coaching sessions. If people don't have skin in the game (enough pain or investment), there isn't incentive for them to follow through. If you'd like to dive in deeper, don't hesitate to book a call with someone from our team to see if we'd be the right fit to work together inside the Authority Accelerator Program. My biggest challenge is how to get this social proof and reviews/results? Do you ever offer the "early adopters" a freebie course so that you gather their testimonials? Is giving any "real meat" content free a workable strategy or just exploiting yourself?

    • @SunnyLenarduzzi
      @SunnyLenarduzzi  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Great question! Offering a free or discounted version of your course to "early adopters" in exchange for feedback and testimonials can be a very effective strategy. It allows you to gather social proof while refining your content based on real results. However, you want to make sure it’s a controlled offer, given to a small group of committed learners who will engage and provide the feedback you need.
      Providing valuable content for free as a strategy can work well, but it’s important to set boundaries. You don’t want to give away your core content that drives transformation. Offering "teasers" like a mini-course, a valuable lesson, or a free webinar can help build trust and entice people to invest in the full experience without undervaluing your work.

      @SunnyLenarduzzi  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Great question! Offering a free or discounted course to "early adopters" in exchange for honest feedback and testimonials is a great strategy, especially when you're just starting out. It's not exploitation if it's done strategically-you’re building trust, creating social proof, and attracting future paying clients. As long as you give value upfront and have a plan to transition into paid offers, it can work really well! 😊
