I think it’s the different countries settings, the UK,Euro, American and Asia all have different laws so there’s settings to change and limit the top speed assist. It’s usually in the menu by holding +&- but not sure, some have an actual limiter you need to remove but those duotts bikes are sold all over so it’s probably in the settings, watch a few TH-cam vids with people delimiting e-bikes and find one using the same controller, those duotts definitely do about 35mph once unrestricted.
Hi, to unlock the full speed, change those 2 settings & you're good to go, mine goes 80km/h :) P08: 0067 (turn off limit from 25km/h) P18: 0150 (sets battery power to max) previously I've been riding at P18: 0100 & my bike could go max 54km/h.
