"The money ain't worth this..."
FX, if the academy doesn't at least nominate Snowfall for some type of Emmy, yall have been robbed!! They better give this show the same love they gave Breaking Bad. This show is right up there with them and Game of Thrones. Especially that last season of GOT.
2023(Gregorian) “Respect and dignity.” Furthermore:

Facts
🥰
Louie doesn’t love Jerome as much as she Loves the money and power.
Exactly
She never did either. She just knew she was secure living with him. Claudia was right, sherm ain’t nothing but a bopper
Louie did not love Jerome from day 1. She was actually in love with Claudia. Jerome is a convenience she had on lockdown. Sad thing is Jerome knew but didn’t care cos he Loved her.
@@C4_111 Risk her life for him? It was Jerome who saved her from Claudia the first time she ran. It was Jerome who warned her to not poison Franklin’s mind on the crack. Jerome then helped her clear the mess she did when she killed Claudia after she abandoned him. Now Jerome gets killed and for what reason? So where did she save Jerome?!
And yet in spite of that Franklin still chose to help her and it cost him his uncle
Jerome never lost his conscience, never lost his sense of being the protector of the family. In the end, that's what got him killed. Rest well Unc!
It Still Hurt That Died For That Ungrateful Backstabber.. 😔💔 He Loved Her More Then Snake Louie Loved Him .. She Love Herself & Wats Benefit Her.. Money & Power.. I Wish Unc Never Saved Her.. Now She Got Herself To Blame For Gettin Unc Killed .. Now She Alone With No Family.. Karma Issa Mfer 💯
He lost his conscious when he beat Black Diamond to death, that was immoral
@@muskegontribune Black had it comining and he never lost his conscious.....as it is exactly what is motivating to leave.
@@Theloopofdeception I forgot about that, Jerome was a cool character but his day was destine to come
@@thecollector6746 Beating that woman too death with his bare hands was not warranted. He turned on his own nephew. He was motivated to leave because as he stated "I'm tired of being shot at".
“That’s the realest thing I said said to you” - Jerome meant every single word!! Drunk tongues don’t lie
Always loved Jerome’s character…..deep down he’s a good man.
Depends on what the context of good is but he isn’t the most terrible. He just wanted a peaceful life after the War and got stuck with a blood sucking leech
Jerome loved being loved by the hood, the drug game took all that away, now he's feared... and that's not what he wants.
Ask Black Diamond about that. Wait she’s gone.
Must be verrrry deep down because savagely beating a woman to death in front a a crowd doesn't sound like something a good man does lol.
And he proud of it "Tell Franklin it was me" smh
What good man commits genocide on his own community?
Louie was Jerome’s downfall. It was her who got Jerome in the game to begin with, It was her who got Jerome to betray his own nephew, it was her who couldn’t get out of her own way just because she wanted to simply FEEL like she was the boss not realizing that most bosses don’t want to be upfront, it was her who got careless and decided to go horseback riding knowing people were looking for them. Bottom line Louie didn’t love Jerome as he did her because if she did they’d be in Jamaica by now
Yes.
Exactly! If she had packed her sh#t and left when Jerome said he was done! He would of still been alive! But this greedy queen had to make it about herself! Now she doesn’t want to take accountability for her hubby’s death!
@@taquinmcmullen6490 now she’s pinning Jerome’s death on Franklin. Louie is a hot mess
@@TheMindlessIntellectual89. she needs to get tortured again and again till her heart stops
Yup he should have left her
Amin Joseph deserves a Emmy Nomination 🙏
He sure does. So does DeAundre Bonds aka Skully. They are amazing in this show.

There was things they couldn’t leave behind anyway but see where u coming from
You see she was quiet, when Jerome said, maybe you can give this up because you love me?!" She just stared at him and said, he didn't mean it. Like she can't imagine him not agreeing with her anymore...
Yeah her own pride and ego and need to have power ruined her
Which she did and look who she blamed it on from the preview of the next episode.........

Man the acting and cinematography of this show is just frickin' crazy. Superb!
Man his acting was great 💯
When a main character start talking like this, well you know 🤷🏾♂️
"Well you know"😂
Without spoilers, I knew while watching that the second Jerome said he wanted out, what happened was going to happen.
Very difficult to get out
He should have left that night. Went to LAX and never looked back. When he asked her if she would do it for his love and she didn't respond? That was his answer. Unequally yoked. He loved her more than anything and she loved her more too. Smh. RIP Unc
Oh yea 100 percent
He actually took himself out. He wanted to end it all. Kane would of let Louie go and Jerome would of survived. But I guess Jerome didn't care anymore so they took each other out.
@@bokc_nonpopularsalt1011 That’s what I’ve been saying he was just tired and didn’t care anymore

Literally looking back Louie since the beginning has been the architect of the downfall, she filled herself with so many lies that she believed them to be true with first and foremost being the people she “loved” she never loved Claudie, Franklin, or even Jerome. She created this delusion when she just loved the power each individual had and how they could benefit her, she first got with Claudia after being picked off the streets and dealing with all the abuse that it being she clung into Claudia due to her power and respect and once Claudia dropped her she went off with Jerome who provided protection for her and a source of income with him selling marijuana to local folk, but once she realized Claudia would take her back in she was quick to drop Jerome and didn’t even think of returning until it came to getting belittled by Claudia to which she begged Jerome to come back after she was alone again, tried running back to Claudia but she ended up dying which gave Louie the opportunity to claim what she longed for, the reason she brought Franklin into the game into the first place, she was obsessed with the power and being able to be above Claudia. Now jump to Franklin, she completely took advantage of him. She saw how bright and intelligent Franklin was on top of being curious about the game, she brought him into the game and used him as a ticket to slither her way back into Claudia’s life. Once she got what she wanted out of it she slowly distanced herself from Franklin, trying to make her own name and gain her own respect to where we finally get to where she took in teddy as her new plug from Franklin, knowing very well the consequences but put her ego and pride first. We very well see her care for Franklin after his desperation for money after he told her what Teddy did to him, she only thought of her own best interest and refused was Franklin in the right for threatening her? Not at all but he was never the saint that he was proclaimed to be, she tossed him to the side and didn’t care to help her own nephew who was having a child on the way and was desperate for money. Now Jerome, as I explained earlier Louie looked at Jerome as a source of comfort and protection to which Jerome was well aware of as we can see in this scene, she looked out for her best interest in the end, she never listened to Jerome but she knew 99% of the time Jerome would always listen to her. So she held onto Jerome cause of his loyalty and knowledge of the drug game, she never really saw Jerome as a love interest. Franklin was never responsible for Jerome’s death, Leon and Franklin both told Louie they’re plan on talking with Kane and finding common ground to which she completely ignores and puts her pride first resulting in Kane getting shot and out for revenge. Sure Franklin is the one that told Kane Louie was responsible, but unlike Louie Franklin was put into a position where he had to start off the board fresh and count his allies. Surely enough in the end Franklin again put his pride aside and chose to warn Jerome about the kidnapping, but again this would’ve never happened have Louie never put a hit out for Kane and just listened. She would’ve never been kidnapped and Jerome would’ve never had to die, but through all of it she had to much pride to take accountability and just throw it all on Franklin when in reality she was if not more of, just as much of a devil as Franklin was to which why she has a similar ending as him.
Edit- to any of you who sat and read through that whole character analysis thank you, hope you all have a blessed day
Hands down my favorite scene of Jerome.
Jerome just wanted his Car Audio shop Jammin’ Jerome’s and that’s it.
It’s so scary how Saint men mention Freedom when they’re drunk. From Jerome to Alton to Franklin. Long live John Singleton
When Jerome told Louie the next morning " I can't stay" it was like she was talking to his angel .
Especially since that was they last conversation
This scene is bittersweet because you all see how far they have come and Jerome really thought about it…. He is at war with his nephew over blood money plus after what went down with Lee and Deon. It was long overdue to walk away. Salute to the entire cast i love you guys so much i’ve learned so much and can’t wait to do my project and to the crew behind the scenes thank you for all you do and the scenes you create. 🌹🙏🏾 God bless you all
He knew that powder was going to send his family to ruin
That tear out of Jerome's eye at 1:34 kills me.
Jerome is the reason I love this show
Jerome was always a sucka for Louie. Should've put his big boy drawers on and told her, "WE THRU"!
It’s called LOVE
@@cutiepiea3687 no such thing
There is no logic in love
Jerome was already prepared to die. He just needed a reason and got it. Louie been a foolish woman was busy riding a horse when she knew there was a target on her back. The dumbest wanna be gangster in the history of gangsters
She believed that was the last place they would find her
@@daniellej7914 That’s why she’s foolish. Hiding in plain sight.
Stggg
Phenomenal acting
Jerome was a good guy. He just got caught up.
Uncle Jerome😢😢
She played such a good role......Louie got everyone feeling some type away; that's the goal as an actor.
His acting is just something else. Also Louie’s an example of why women can never be satisfied with what they have like wtf they already had soo much money and she still went behind her family’s back to Teddy
What Jerome try's to tell Louie is so true which exists in all relationships most especially when you spent your lives building a life together only to see it come to this.
I think this season has made this better than power. Just my opinion.
Yup. Better than BMF too.
Oooh been better than power
BMF has fallen off!
I disagree. Last season of Snowfall was trash until the final two episodes. This season has been the best so far since season two.
Never watch BMF I knew that would have been awful and Power fell off for a while after like season 2 or 3
I Was Happy That Unc Finally Put His Foot Down & Told Snake Louie The Truth In Her Face.. I Was Glad He Realized That Louie Is The Reason Why The Family Not Together Nomo But It Was Too Late..💔😪 #RipUnc
Such good acting here
Louie was so selfish. I wish Jerome could’ve just left her. He loved her more than she loved him.
Jerome was really the glue of the family. When he died, it was only a matter of time before the walls collapsed for the Saint family
Jerome was one of the realest characters in this show
I knew this was season was gonna be poppin' but didn't expect it so EPIC! This season is just flawless just I love it , I can't wait to watch this over and over can't wait for the next episode
Kudos FX!!! 💐🌼🌻🌷🪻🌻🌼🌷🌿💐🌷🌻⚘️🌸🌾🌼🌹🌹⚘️🌾⚘️🌷🌺
This scene represents what's wrong between men and women today and particularly between black men and black women. She wanted the money and security at any cost and he just wanted his woman to love him for him and he wanted peace.
This is so crazy considering the opposite is true in real life…look at statistics. Black women tolerate way more than their other counterparts. To paint it as if all black women want is moneh and all black men want is love is so odd to me. Both black men AND black women in America are what’s wrong. Look at the stats of men abandoning their children..there’s no love in the American black community and that does not fall on black women alone
It's sad these rigged awards will always overlook characters like Amin Joseph. I'm gonna miss this show. Uncle Jerome will forever be my guy. 👏👏👏
He wanted to stay a real OG and he stayed.
😞
All the actors and actresses are absolutely killing it this season. The acting has always been amazing, but this is hitting different.💯💯
AGREED 👊🏿👊🏿
Agreed big time. Was a fantastic episode and without ruining anything for people that haven’t watched yet it’s really gonna ramp up the family drama that started unfolding last season
Tasha wouldn't listen to ghost, Louie wouldn't listen to Jerome and effie and diana both betrayed tariq
If the writing is how I think it is, this will take people's mind off of the fact that this type of foreshadowing has been all over Leon's story arc this season (the whole "should have stayed gone" aspect)..... so Jerome going first will make people not expect Leon also, being their dragging it out.
Keep in mind that Leon has a target on his back due to Big D and it hadn't been resolved!
Some people even pointed out Skully mugging Leon at the end of this episode, making me wonder if Big D went to Skully after Jerome turned down harming Leon.
Deon being a super crip I doubt he went to skully
unc was hurting in so many ways and pulled in so many directions
The way I would’ve packed my things the second my man said let’s just go to Jamaica!!!
i miss you 💔
The realist scene in snowball Jerome was a real OG.
It's Louie she has been the cause of all the division all the in fighting
That liquor make you tell the truth.
“You don’t mean this”
“REALEST THING I EVER FUCKIN SAID TO YOU”
She literally tarnished & torn him up with that stupid ahhh reply cause she was still in denial when he spilt how he felt about it all out & broke after finishing his last sentence with that tear on his eye
Killer fuckin scene
RIP UNK JEROME
Amin Joseph came long way in his career from the mist back in 03 from the movie DOPE now this!! He has done I hella of a great job!!!
I think Louie in a sick way only ever really loved that lady who owned the club on season 1. She appreciates Jerome and what he does for her and the comfort he provides as a partner who isn't abusive. But the truth is Louie loves drama and chaos and confrontation and she needs it especially in her romantic relationships.
& when Jerome was not by her side low & behold she was kidnapped. He didn’t tell 1 lie
Jerome is such a true man. Love men from the 80’s. Tough on the streets but know exactly how to treat a lady.
RIP UNC
After this scene i said “yup he definitely about to die” and thats exactly what happened that was too predictable
FX always has some of the best shows that have hardcore fan bases, but oddly fly under the radar as far as award shows and don't trend as much as some networks.
"Sons of Anarchy", "Justified", Now "Snowfall" (and "The Old Man" looks like it's gonna end up being a classic also, first season was like a 75yr old John Wick with original storyline)
I'll look into the Old Man
And The Americans.
@@gemslion2966 is that a comedy, serious, or a little of both?
Omg i cried so much 😢

Its usually ends bad when they want out!
Fit was fly af
Man too bad he never got his trip to Jamaica
Woman couldn't stand by her man. Had to have the power and respect like a man. In the dope game you get out while you're ahead
I noticed this was the 1st time Louie ever called him, Jerome SAINT! Like he's a Saint and that makes a stronger connection.
She was too deep into the money and power bc she never had it. That’s why she didn’t wanna quit
Unfortunately for Unc, this conversation happened way too late.
My favorite character 🥲
You can see the pain in Franklins face and hear it in his voice calling out “Unc”when he lost his uncle. He knew right then and there that the money wasn’t worth it.
Sad how Jerome, Cissy, and Alton all paid the ultimate price for Louie’s and Franklin’s lust for money and power. At least they both got their comeuppance by sharing a fate worse than death.
Correct
Drunk words are a sober man thoughts.
The acting is first class in this series 👏🏾
I wish she would have looked at her man lovingly and said, "Okay baby. Let's Go." My dude Jerome would've lived.
she was gonna say that, the next day after he came back from the drop…but we all know what happened next
She was greedy and shallow and money hungry
@@tigrispanthera5496nope , she was gonna tell him she still needed more time which is the pure definition of gaslighting
This scene, taken in isolation, more than compensates for all the fuckery I've witnessed during the run of this show. I do not believe that the gentleman playing Mr. Jerome Saint was "acting" in this instance, per se; he tapped into his innermost Stanislavski, thereby reducing me to literal tears. Well done.
If he would have stood on this he would still be alive😢
Jerome is a true lesson on why we as men should stand on they word it might save you
She feels so much like a nobody that she's going to the extreme to feel like somebody. And no matter how much money she makes she'll never feel whole, she'll never feel important and when she does find someone or find something she will abused it. She will be drunk with power and not know how to handle it so what she look mean chili do is self-destruct.
Omggg perfectly well said!
And it’s Franklins fault??? Ur husband was pleading to you and u can see he’s heartbroken and hate the life he has and all she can mention is respect?
When Jerome gave that speech, I knew he was done for.
Still can’t believe it
RIP Jerome
His last words to her combined with her fate she’s in a worse situation than Franklin. 100% deserved.
I was so glad when he spoke up and let her know that he had enough. He just wanted a simple life.
He already did that in Arkansas
One time I quoted this is front of my mother. She grabbed the belt like "Oh you sellin' crack?!" I was like"No! Mama No!!!!"😂😂😂😂😂
This has got to be the best next to breaking bad. I haven't really peeped power, but I heard that's fire too.
"Whoops!" 😂😂😂
I was sad Jerome died!! He was leaving too!!😢
Powerful scene right dere!
Louie money hungry just like Tasha with Ghost
She never loved him. She loves her ambition and the power that she so desperately wants.
She did she was obsessed with power
Big Unc’s jerri curl gave him that much more character…its as distinguished as the beard
See what happens when you love someone more than they love you folks. He knew his time was up 🥹
