President Calvin Coolidge said, "If you see ten troubles coming down the road, you can be sure that nine will run into the ditch before they reach you." Hang in there, Lauren. Your courage to share in these podcasts not only give strength to those who listen to them, but I think they give you strength and control over those matters you didn't, at first, think you had control of. You'll find your way. I truly believe that. And you'll embrace your passion, and the world will be a better place for it. Take care. Stay strong. The best is yet to come.

What meds did they put you on. I've been on alsorts and I find they make me worse. But everyone is different.
To help with stress/anxiety imagine a pint glass of water and it's overflowing and still the tap is pouring more in. The second pint glass is full to the absolute brim. One more drop and it's overflowing but it's no longer under the tap. The third pint the water level is a couple cm from the top. Only one of these pints is mentally manageable and the key is to try and tackle the source of the stress before it gets to a stage where all you do is panic about it. I don't always find it helps because a lot of my stress situations are out of my control but I understand the concept of it and that helps me a bit.
