If they ask something like ‘Where do you see yourself in 5 years?’ A great response is along the line of; ‘I’m not sure. Does your company have some kind of career program I can progress through?’ This is good because it puts the question back on them and also f*ck them, they have no business in your future plans unless they are willing to pay you for your future

If working in film is anything like working in backstage in theatre (which is what I do) I think one of* the greatest things about that workplace is that everyone is invested in the show and wants to make the best version possible and so we naturally want to help each other out by teaching and sharing experience. From my little experience outside of theatre I wish that more industries shared this attitude

Nicely done. Maybe you want to get some of these powerful LED floodlights? Pointing it up at the ceiling, it will reflect back down and act like a giant diffuser nicely spreading light all over the room. Get true color type though with CRI > 95. I have good success with this lighting hack. Looks like you got the sun in your room. I use one with 18,000 Lumens 😎
