John Calipari takes these kids who are raw steel, and put them through the fire. Then out comes a sword!! The fire is the pressure of playing at Kentucky at a high-level. No other fan base will put you through the fire like Kentucky. He also teaches you what you need to know. A players that transfers out of Kentucky screams to the NBA that they are not NBA maternal! The best thing for a player to do is develop at Kentucky until he’s ready to go even if it takes four years.

Last time it was Boogie and JW and now it's JW and Coach Cal. These are literally the names, players and coach that brought Kentucky outta the darkness of the Billy G years. As a life long Cats fan this was that full circle moment. Kentucky being back to Final 4's, Championships and NBA talent going back to 2009-2010 until present day no college team or coach has produced more Pros than the Cats. Hopefully this years team can get back to the Final 4 and bring that 9th title back to Lexington. #BBN

Thank you , there are so many Cal haters out there obviously they have really short memories, the main problem is I think the average Cal hater got into watching Cbb in the mid 90’s and didn’t realize that it wasn’t always like that here at UK and that was an all time high for the program and got spoiled on thinking we play in the natty every year and that was never the case , Cal made UK the place to be and has maintained that for 15 years and not only that has delivered a banner , Cbb is that hardest sport to win it all in due to the best team isn’t always the champion because a few obvious reasons and the first being 1 is it’s a single game winner takes all and 2.the amount of teams in the tournament, there’s so many examples of this to go through, the 09 UK team would beat that WVU 9 out of 10 times but the one night they shoot 4-33 from the 3pt line is all it took or in women’s Cbb last year Aliyah Bostons USC was the best team in college bye a mile last season and one legendary shooting nite from Clark keeps them from back to back undefeated seasons . Cal may not win it all every year but he will put UK in the best position to win it all every year more than any other coach. Just think had Villanova gave up on Jay after 15 years of not delivering? The fact that Cal hung a banner in the first 5 years spoiled a lot of fans.
Heard them say on the broadcast of the suns game today that they have an open roster spot and said they are looking for point guards so hopefully they pick up John 🙏 I actually don’t like Phoenix but if John was playing for them I’d switch up 🤦🏽♂️😂
i think march madness needs to be like conference tournys are one game elimination and NCAA tourny you take top 25 and then the conference tourny winners and play best of 3 til elite 8 then best of 5 or something.
