fried peanuts with salt are also a common snack in India, my mother cooks it every morning specially in winter and we eat it with Cha, I am shocked to see that many spices, snacks, and also ways of cooking are similar in both India and China.

Odin is such a professional when it comes to barbecuing, the wood ie the branches may be free, but more importantly it gives the meat a nice smoky flavour, I have a gas bbq and it doesn't taste as nice as a wood fire bbq I agree with you the aroma coming from a bbq can be smelt in the neighborhood 😃

I can eat upto 10 . 3-4 chapatis are for dieting haha. But I do intermittent fasting from time to time
Missed a point that I don’t eat sugar at all. I never liked it even in my childhood. That helps
