Guys, I would like to make some corrections in the recipe after thinking about it. Don’t use a whole star anise, it is too overpowering. Just put a small section of it. And preferably strain the whole spices out when you add the hot oil tempering. The spices I used were much more than the noodles . You can actually make noodles for 2-3 more people with that. Try to add cucumber by thinly slicing or making juliennes. I grated it because I was in a hurry .

@@ghalibqureshi some prefer thin some prefer thick. mostly, thin ones are made out of starch, not flour. because if you make thick flour noodles, they don't have a bite and they break very easily. In fact, most Chinese people prefer very thick noodles.

We northeast Indian bhi coriander ki dandiya ko bhi khate hai, isse fhekte nhn hai. Aur jo masala apne kaha chote chote schezwan red pepper, we call it Jabrang in our bodo language.. meat curry me dete hai 🇮🇳

确实，在制作凉拌油的时候可以考虑只放辣椒花椒粉和芝麻，然后在拌面的时候加入其它调料粉和制作好的辣椒油，香料也可以在下油锅炒制出香味后用漏勺漏出来，只放香料和芝麻盐的辣椒油可以适当多做点放冰箱，冷藏可以保存很长时间
黄瓜切薄片或者切丝可以保证口感脆嫩
@碳酸钙 是的，可以不放八角，主要用于炖肉类食物

Even in Northeast India we eat the leaves with dandiya and mostly no barik cut. We just break with fingers and give in curry.
