    Great videos with good info, thank you! Although, fish are high in Mercury, aren't they? I think it's better to get omega 3 from vegan sources. I believe fish get their own omega oils from plant sources... so it's healthier to skip the middle man and go for plant-based omega sources and avoid fish/mercury. Nuts and seeds, flaxseed, walnuts, chia seeds, seaweed etc. (I'd never had a migraine until a couple of years into menopause. Now I can understand when others have told me they can't do things due to having a migraine.)
