Shaping buckles

Starting with thicker material to create a nicer shaped buckle with some substance to it.

I'm envious of yer talent but more so yer PATIENCE! Ha ha. I'd make one like that but then everyone would want one. That's a slippery slope.

How do you dome it? Do you dome before you add the tongue?

Yes sir done it before the tongue. I have a wooden bowl from Rio grande that is used to some buckles.
