We are all our own worst critics. If you like candy or sweet treats, just get sugar free ones. Then you can have what you want and not feel guilty about it. Also when it comes to your flexing, just keep doing what you want and don't listen to the creepy comments. It's your channel lol
Hey Travis, I do see how your face has filled out a bit from the previous weeks BUT you’re still in great shape. I have the same weakness with sugar, mainly soda. It sucks how incredibly bad it is. But when I started just walking every day it kept my weight in check. I eat what I want but with portion control. A handsy coworker? And you give her rides to & from work? Maybe you should let her blow you. Then you’ll both feel better!🤔

@@ABrokenClock23 then your very right side dominant. Not uncommon in young men in the latter stages of physical development. Something to keep in mind at the gym. Try not to subconsciously lead with your right side.
Maybe ask work for bigger pants? Not so much you're gaining weight as building muscle. Maybe don't tell people what you're doing physically? Who knows which are supportive of you, and which are secretly jealous of you? Your real supporters will make themselves known in time. And you'll hear your own voice, think your own thoughts, until then. Strong = sometimes banishing others out of your head long enough to get the work done.
