The TH-cam algorithm showed me this and I clicked on this video and it just reminds me of the old TH-cam where people would just be so real. Uncut. We need more stuff like this it’s so real and relatable. It will help the thoughts of wanting to be perfect lol

I'm glad to see you're back😊 Sleeping on the floor can be beneficial if you have back issues and sleep on your back but if you're a side sleeper, yikes! That would be painful lol My neck and shoulder would be so messed up by morning lol

Good to see ya on here again. Everyone has pressure, we all have to deal with it. Sometimes it can be smooth and sometimes it feels like a lot. I stack a lot on my shoulders and then get pissed at myself for being overloaded and behind on stuff haha. Take a deep breath and hammer away on one thing at a time. You will get everything you want done and be the man you want to be. You are doing well. Good luck on this waiver! Let us know if you get it.

Hard to fully change who you are. Better to manage, harness, who you are - exactly what you're doing. There are people angry they don't have blonde hair. Can't change everything. We work with what we have. Refine it. Perfect it. Appreciate it.

I think one of the things about putting yourself on the Internet if you have to learn how to deal with any comment that comes your way. I think some people Straight and gay admire you, but others want to take it further and push your buttons. Once they realize they have the ability to push the buttons they’re going to push harder and harder and try to break you. This is where you have to learn don’t let that happen. Just let it run off don’t acknowledge the haters.

A friendly bit of advice on sugars, then a heartfelt Goodbye. First the sugars: I am a Type II Diabetic who has my A1C completely under control through diet modification and medicine. As a Diabetic I have to watch my sugar intake, and this is the best piece of information my doctor taught me that I literally live by (both metaphorically and literally): don't drink your sugars. I only drink zero calorie flavored waters, Diet Pepsi, Coke Zero, Zero calorie Powerades. No sweet tea. And here's where it is the most important: eat fruit, fruit is SO GOOD for you, but don't drink fruit juice. In other words eat an apple, all the fiber and vitamins are good for you. Yes, apples have sugar in them, but by eating them whole your body slowly breaks down the sugars. Don't drink apple juice, it's like drinking sugar water, your body metabolizes apple juice exactly the same as a glass of water with sugar in it! Same with oranges. Eat oranges, lots of oranges, they have fiber and Vitamin C, but orange juice is a no-no. Make sense? I know you're an all or nothing guy, even I eat candy or cookies now and then, but the don't-drink-your-sugars rule is one to live by. Now the heartfelt Goodbye. Like other commenters I am uncertain why you were in my suggestions one day, but I'm glad you were as you're such a sweet young man. I think the military 🪖 will come with many, many benefits. When you're old and grey you'll have healthcare through the VA which my father raves about. You'll be physically fit. You can see the world. And if you just go with the flow it could be a career path. The ONLY thing that worries me is things are heating up in the Middle East right now. I just want you to be safe. Know that I love you and am proud of you. We will all miss you, and we all want you to be safe. Thank you for being you.

I've only been watching your videos for about 2 months or so. How I saw the first one I'm not sure but there you were and as soon as I saw your face my heart jumped. You see I had a very close friend who died about 40 years ago and you are the spitting image of him. That is why I had to ask what star sign (sun sign) you are. Imagine my astonishment when you replied and said you are a Libran just like he was. My old friend towards the end of his young life (he was 35 when he died) became a Buddhist (as am I) and followed the teachings of the Japanese teacher Nicherin Daishonin. Again when you mentioned your study of Japanese I sensed a connection. My friend just like you was overweight as a teenager and by the time he was 20 had lost the weight. As you may know Buddhists believe in reincarnation, and it may be being fanciful on my part but I cannot but help think you might well be him. Of course you will never know and neither will I. But I thank you for all the videos you've made and revealing so much about your life, your emotions, your pet hates, your favourite foods and so on. I'm sure at some point in the future you'll pop up on TH-cam again to let us all know how your life is progressing. Until then, take care, hope all your dreams come true and life in the marines is all you wished and hoped it would be and more. Stay positive and healthy. Peace.

When you get treated that way, don't personalize it so much Travis. Happens at that age. Think about the other person first. Like "Where did you learn that behavior, dude?" and/or "Who did that to you - who treated you the way you're treating me now , bro?" When people get abused before they develop reading / language skills, they record everything as raw emotion. And then they act out their abuse in an attempt to vent the pain, share the experience, and rebalance their souls. Be the leader you've become. Let them own their behavior, just like the military makes you own yours. They have personal problems. Don't make it all about you. Sadness is a great response, sad for a loss, sad for not connecting with him when you could have connected... and didn't. Sad to see his wounds are so deep. He was insecure. He made up stories because he was intimidated by you, too. Maybe someday you will talk about it. Maybe not. Maybe something unknown now will explain it all later. Life. Can be messy. Explanations don't always come along. Have faith you did the best you could at the time. Must have felt great to have emptied that crap out of you in 2023. Maybe that helped find your voice. There's some cosmic reason he reappeared. And I'm sure the adult, the leader you've become can manage it better this time around. All part of becoming a diamond - and that's what you wished for. And deserve. /Scott

Maybe you did it to find yourself again. Like talk therapy without a therapist. And maybe you have now, in this moment, found your way. So learn what a psychotherapist already knows so you can finish the job yourself - off camera. 1. That any patient has a 50/50 operating system, mental (logic) feeling (emotion). 2. The first therapy session, they assess which system isn't quite an equal yet - as mature - as balanced - as the other. Thought (logic) or Feeling (emotion). 3. To then be self actualized, the therapist builds up the weaker into an equal... and you (they) come fully alive in a very new way. 4. They do this by letting the weaker system talk away it's grievances. Like drain its wound so the wound can finally heal. Then the whole operating system can rebalance. The imbalance is a wound that was designed to make you grow. Not a flaw. More like a blessing. That pressure, deep within, is designed to try to create - in your words and now in mine - that diamond that grows within you. Travis, you leave behind a giant body of work - even by TH-cam standards, for the world to discover and learn from. I'll watch 9/29/2023, give you my word. Smart guy, T. Don't forget it!
