දැනගන්න - වලකින්න /හැම වයසටම බලපාන ඇස් රෝගය/Need to know- eye disease affecting all ages

ළමුන් මෙන්ම මධ්‍යම වයසේ වැඩිහිටියන්ද මෙම රෝග තත්ත්වයට ගොදුරු වීම වැඩි වෙමින් පවතී, රුධිරග්‍රාහී පටල ප්‍රධානය නොයෙකුත් වර්ගයේ ආහාර මගින් මෑත කාලයේ ඉතා බහුලව ඇති වෙමින් පවතී. නැවත සකස් කළ ආහාර , කිරි ආහාර ,සීනි අධික ආහාර, වර්ණක වර්ග සහ රසකාරක මෙයට විශාල වශයෙන් බලපා ඇත .එවැනි තත්ත්වයක් ඇතිවීමට බලපාන ආහාර වර්ග ගැන මෙහිදී සාකච්ඡා කර ඇත ඔබත් දැනුවත් වී අනිත් අය සමග බෙදා ගන්න.
