Motivating video Neela! Thanks. You’ve reminded me of 2 areas I I can fix right away- late night tv watching & having healthy snacks on hand when the craving beast sneaks up! I started watching mindless stuff on youtube as a stress buster but noticing that I get desire to snack past 9pm! Doing the low carb without IF has been less effective for me. With fasting and doing more good fats like Avocado and cheese when hungry makes me less hungry. I’ll have to wait for Spring warmth to start walking I hate walking and have tried indoor walking etc but keep stalling due to mental reluctance to dress up and get out! Please suggest ways to break this. Thanks again.

Mam I am doing intermittent fasting 16:8 since 3 years and loss all my pregnancy weight after one year of my second baby. Now I am doing strength training and cardio for 1 hour, 6 days a week but my weight scale is not moving a point since 1 years. My weight is 70 kg, height is 162 cm, age 39. What to do.
