U R SO LUCKY to have such a great lady. Works hard, Will get dirty, Does not complain about working, does not use a pile of makeup, also a smoke show. LOTTERY WINNER you lucky bastard.
💚 Gus is definitely the most beautiful and cutest Dachshund I ever saw! Congrats for having him. Best regards luck and health to all of you (including Gus of course).
Chris, how about a road trip in the station wagon with Jen and Gus. The perimeters of the trip are cross the country in the high states to Oregon and return by the lower states from California to PA. Each night you must enter a bar or pub and earn your money to eat. You play the guitar and Jen sings. Any money you get buys the meal. You can keep the overage for snacks and water the next day. Also, since you are using the station wagon buy one of those tents that connect to the vehicle like the trucks have. That way you can have nice foam or air mattresses and be comfortable. I think you both would do extremely well. You can plan the trip in advance and contact the owner of the pub or bar and ask permission to play and sing and put a collection hat out. You’ve done the trip showcasing your mechanical skills. Now do a trip that focus on yours and Jens musical skills. I think it would be an awesome trip plus yo7 get to also fix the station wagon as you proceed on the trip. Hope you plan to showcase Jens singing and your playing. You both are very talented. Best wishes, Kevin from Fredericksburg, VA 22406😉👍🏻
Please do an update video after the winter. I've been wondering how they hold up on dirt. A friend of mine has has his a couple years now, it's on a concrete pad. In the winter he puts a small heater in it to prevent snow build up. Of course he only runs it during forecasted snow of 6" or more.
Even on a driveway you might want it spaced up an inch or two because there will be water drainage issues when it rains or when snow melts. Nice product.
Man I wish I had seen this when I bought one for a boat I was working on. Went to harbor freight and that one was terrible but cheap so I got my use out of it 🤣 great stuff man
Yeah these are definitely kind of pricey but I would say the one benefit is if you put it in the driveway in a nice neighborhood it Blends in a little bit better than one of the Harbor Freight carports
I could see this for protecting while shade tree parking a vehicle or watercraft to protect it from leaves, sap, bird droppings, etc. However, I have my doubts that it would hold up very long with full sun exposure. Perhaps a good solution if you were renting a house and needed this kind of protection that you could take with you when you move.
Enjoyed your build video. Although the front anchor might seem heavy if a decent wind gets into the unit it will lift it back and smash into your lovely classic.. You need to buy and fit a ground anchor.. GN
Nice shelter and it seems like it will do the trick. I was curious about your neighbors--- it seems like you would constantly be in your back yard, working on cars, revving engines, using compressors, saws, drills, etc. Do they ever complain about the noise? Just wondering about the practical side of things.
WOW DUDE!👍😃 I was watching your video review of the Highboy Ecom 14 which I absolutely love and probably will buy as a result of your review and others. But low and behold I get directed to one of your other videos of the carport assembly. I need that f****** thing so bad here in Las Vegas. Totally awesome happy accident! Keep up the great work nice car my man:-) I believe my Shiba Inu would love to play around with Gus.
Cool video as always. I have set up two harbor freight car ports, and the last one almost ended the relationship with my girlfriend 😂 I believe that the harbor freight ones for the price point are. A better buy, but this is a very compact option to keep the sun and leaves off of your paint.
Thanks matt. And yeah I agree those Harbor Freight carports are pretty decent! This one is kind of cool though because it's pretty easily movable and folds up. Definitely a decent unit but I guess we'll see how it holds up over time
for such little legs, gus sure can run fast !!!!!!!!!!!!!! don't know who is cuter , gus or jennifer ????????( her nickname should be GEM) BECAUSE SHE IS A RARE GEM !!!!!!!!!
It's still holding up but has a few tears. From me being careless. When it inevitably fails I will show it in the video and talk about how long it lasted. Being fabric of course it's not going to last forever. But yes still going. The Chevelle is under it

I built one out of EMT long ago. was great to keep the hot desert sun off. but the wind moved it one day to the next county

Cool station wagon ! Even cooler Chevelle ! So, many, toys ! Your man-yard is much better than my man-cave, lol !
I’m glad you have such a good attitude about things. I hate messing with things like that.
Nice...happy to see both sides can be up at the same time to drive through

@@NNKH2 oh for sure, thankfully my eye sore car port was at the bottom of my yard and my neighbor is chill 🤣

What the situation on the Chevelle? Love that car I would like to see more of it.
I dig it. Definitely looks useful. I’m sure you’ve been asked a ton but what’s going on with the Chevelle? I’d love an update video !

Great video. Any long term reviews at all? Want to get one of these instead of the car bubble I already have.
Where can I find a helper like that...? 😄
More Jen!

Just a little wider and you have a spray booth

10 months later, how’s it holding up? Great video btw 👋
you guys that was cool
great job,good info
I'm guessing you got that bluestone from AC. That's a trick carport. Very nice.
Those serrated nuts bite into the surface to keep from loosening. I use them all the time.
Doesn't need split washer with those ridged washers built-in to yhe nut.
Hello Gus, I have a 10ft wide trailer I would need to ride through and would my F150 clear it on drive through

What a contraption. No thanks! But, it looks good when finished and it serves a purpose.
First thing you should do is spray paint it. 2 coats… will save the fabric…
