ABOUT THE FLASH MOVIE:
Warner Bros. Pictures presents “The Flash,” directed by Andy Muschietti. Ezra Miller reprises their role as Barry Allen in the DC Super Hero’s first-ever standalone feature film.
Worlds collide in “The Flash” when Barry uses his superpowers to travel back in time in order to change the events of the past. But when his attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, Barry becomes trapped in a reality in which General Zod has returned, threatening annihilation, and there are no Super Heroes to turn to. That is, unless Barry can coax a very different Batman out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian…albeit not the one he’s looking for. Ultimately, to save the world that he is in and return to the future that he knows, Barry’s only hope is to race for his life. But will making the ultimate sacrifice be enough to reset the universe?
“The Flash” ensemble also includes rising star Sasha Calle, Michael Shannon, Ron Livingston, Maribel Verdú, Kiersey Clemons, Antje Traue and Michael Keaton.
“The Flash” is produced by Barbara Muschietti and Michael Disco. The screenplay is by Christina Hodson, with a screen story by John Francis Daley & Jonathan Goldstein and Joby Harold, based on characters from DC. The executive producers are Toby Emmerich, Walter Hamada, Galen Vaisman and Marianne Jenkins.
Joining director Muschietti behind the camera are director of photography Henry Braham, production designer Paul Denham Austerberry, editors Jason Ballantine and Paul Machliss, and costume designer Alexandra Byrne; the score is by Benjamin Wallfisch.

One of the best trailers ever, in my opinion. Just seeing Keaton as Batman again and General Zod returning as a villain is amazing. Not to mention Affleck still playing as Batman looking sick.

Looks sick but MAN do I wish that was Clark in captivity, I really loved that whole stuff from Flashpoint with Clark being all skinny and could barely even speak, and ended up helping them. Soo sick. But Im hype

They have replaced Cavill, and the new Superman will be introduced in a standalone film in a couple of years.
But a great way to introduce Supergirl since she's part of Superman's story.

I don't know why, but I love the idea of using the Batman storyline from Flashpoint Comics into the Superman/Supergirl storyline in this movie, I think Zod killed Kal as a baby and Kara was the one send to earth.

I know Ezra has made mistakes and if Ezra is truly getting help there’s still this thing called forgiveness. So don’t let his past actions affect your mindset of the movie. There’s still the director and a lot of other people in the movie to support.

I really want to see how they write Cavill out of this considering Zod is in it and the fact that every character showed supposedly not being in any other movie after this except I guess Supergirl maybe…..
They’ll obviously just rewrite it and say that Supergirl was the one that saved Metropolis and not Superman. Same story, different character. Fits with what this movie is trying to do.

They will most likely have Supergirl replace Superman in flashpoint. Have her be captured by the government when she landed on earth.
@@cmbrock1 I think that’s what their at least hinting at here. Their showing the same exact thing we saw from Man of Steel, only difference being Kara instead of Kal-El. We’re definitely heading towards a side of the story where Clark hasn’t landed on Earth yet.
Edit: I mean, from everything I’ve heard about the Superman movie in pre-production, it definitely sounds like it’ll be focused on Clark struggling to fit in on Earth since he’s you know.. practically a God.

I could careless about the issues surrounding the movie I think it’ll be great and even tho Ezra hasn’t been great they’re at least trying to get the help they need so maybe I hope they could stay as the flash my only hope is that both Ben and Ezra stay in the dcu
I mean, Reverse Erza aside he begrudgingly does play a great Flash.
The trailer does look great but Ezra just isn't convincing as Barry Allen he's more of a Wally West from the writing and just overall build.

Even though I'm more of a Marvel fan, I don't want to see the DCEU crumble. I'd rather the movie come out than get scrapped like the Bat-Girl movie regardless of the controversy of Ezra. It looks like it can deliver a good story.
