hey 3madeamps,sorry about so long getting back to you ,didnt have the parts at the time, to try what you said,but i did try it,i used a 330pf and 120pf silver mica dipped to make 450pf put them together and maybe i did something wrong but it dropped the power down to about 100 watts, i soldered them onto the 1000pf metal mica on the output transformer,maybe i should have put them directly to the output transformer, iam shure it was something i did wrong, but i really appreciate you trying to help, thanks chris.
