You should never leave a charred resistors in the amp, change them out and put a new ones in. So the next time you have a problem in a section you will know where to start to trouble shoot.
Those can handle about 3 watt key and and about 80/100 watt in. I love the A/B biased amps. I miss having low, med, and hi so bad because sometimes you don't need everything.
