I made this comment in your last video, but you may not have read it. Dancers like BTS are among the most fit athletes in the world. Their concerts run from 2 to 3 hours. It's like they run an Iron Man Marathon every concert they perform. While singing and dancing!! And they can Not go to bed afterwards. The adrenaline running through their veins has to wear off first. This is true for all performers. I know. I'm a Musical Theatre person and choreographer. But know this..they don't go out and party. I've even seen them go cool off by working out. Mainly, they order lots of food and eat and replenish their bodies. And they do a Vlive where they go online and talk to Army and read their online comments. I've never seen them out of breath or complaining of pain after a concert. They ARE that fit!!!
And yes, we love the dance practices because you can see every detail. No distracting lighting. No camera edits. Just them dancing.
And yes, you are seeing the choreography for their stage performances. It's adapted from their MV choreography. But there's more to memorize! And yes, only 2 of them had formal dance training before BTS. But you would never know!! Watch the "Guide..." to find out!

Actually in the black swan practice, Jimin stands out the most to me as he also trained in comtemporary! You all should definitely check out the BTS introduction to know more about them! You will be surprised by the members!
I mean, they're allowed to point out who stand out the most for THEM... to me Taehyung and Jimin definitely ate Black Swan and I love that contrast... Jimin being the White Swan and Tae the Black Swan, idk it's just so artistic to me the way they portrait the song✨️
Even tho Tae doesn't have contemporary background, his moves are amazingly fluid and he's really smooth, I have seen some dancer, real dancers reactions to this dance practice and Tae in those green pants stands out a lot...
In the mv, Jimin has a solo dance that stands out for itself as a contemporary dance. In the dance practice, Jungkook has a solo dance with Suga at the beginning, and Jimin dances passing in front of the members. But for me, when the 7 dance together, Taehyung is the one that stands out for the fluid movement of his long arms and legs. His movements are very precise yet fluid. I think Jimin is an amazing dancer but my eyes go to Tae on this one.

Jimin is a trained HipHop dancer especially in popping, he took part in several battle competitions as well, I think you should check out Bts debut days.
JIMIN is major contemporary but he also was trained Hip hop, modern, martial arts etc. He is ALL ROUNDER so dont just stick to his contemporary skills. He is more than that.

Bro ON is INSANE with the dance like when u watch the behind the scenes of that they all were so exhausted after the choreography. Even tho they all do these hard dances since 2013. FYI the Black Swan in the MV. is different from the live concert, and that's different than the awards show. They switch up choreo a bit to keep it fresh. Except for Idol. If they changed that up ARMY would not like.
The dancers in ON are from a LA dance troupe called The Lab and the girl you see first is, Sienna, was the choreographer.

Talking about their complete fitness...all of them were recognized in the military as either #1 or the top soldiers in physical fitness in their platoon. Also, they all were recognized for their leadership skills. This helped them all to be promoted to Sargeant. I dont know all the exact details, but the documentation is out there. Not only was Jin honored more by being recognized as #1 in his platoon, but he was also recognized by the upper military Army as #1 on the whole military base. And he won about 8 other awards too. His platoon loved him. He spent his whole military pay for delicious extra good for "his boys." They all cried when he left, as seen in the video of Jin leaving the base.

The amount of distance each members covers in their placements for all their dances is incredible...especially without bumping into each other... the bibs were for the camera men to make sure they shot the correct person at the correct time... just eyeball any one of the members... you'll see how they travel from left of screen to right/front/back and then back to left... how fluidly and seamless they move never ceases to impress me...

You pointed out how even though Jin was hurt he was included in their performance. When Suga was out because of his shoulder surgery, they never covered his spot in their choreography. They did this so that everyone knew they were missing one member. Their loyalty and love for each other is amazing.
Our V / Kim Taehyung has amazing fashion sense. Named as the most handsome man internationally by photographer marketing experts. He has a perfectly proportioned face and is a photographer’s dream. All the guys are brand ambassadors. V has Celine and Cartier, Jimin has Tiffany and Louis Vuitton, Suga is NBA and Valentino, JK is Calvin Klein, RM is Bottega, JHope has Louis Vuitton as well, and Jin just signed with Jin Ramen, a jewelry brand and makes his own alcohol. They are inanely talented but they also work harder than everyone else. We are talking 14h or rehearsals per day. They said in interviews they learned to synchronize their eyes to look in the same directions. They rehearsed every possible issues happening on stage (mic drop. Etc…). The dedication is what brought them where they are. And everyone who met them say they are crazy humble too. Real role models here.
