Yeah, I had a suspicion this wasn’t a traditional two-way relationship they were talking about, especially with the dude’s tangent about self-struggles and trying to escape that “fake love.”
nope fake love is about how they cant show their full selves to their fans so they have to live with having personas projected onto them, and the personas are what people love, and so that love isnt real. i cant believe folks delude themselves into thinking otherwise. btw i love bts so much but i also know i cant love them the way people they are actually close to do, because i dont know them personally.

We don’t just love their music, we love them as good role models too. Also, their songs and their music videos have deeper meaning than what you see up front. Their music is highly intellectual compared to other “kpop” groups. Professors are even talking about them. You may want to TH-cam the meanings behind their lyrics to understand them better. There are songs for their love of their fans and songs of their own personal growth and even messages to their haters. I’d recommend songs like Tear, spring day, Not Today, dionysus to name a few. Hope you will enjoy learning more about BTS because they are more than just “kpop”. Peace 💜
