Not a bad design, except for the front door. It opens directly into the fairly small sitting room, making the space even smaller. I would also add a box bay to the front wall of the sitting room. It would add that bit of visual space and interest that would make it feel much larger. This house is roughly the size of many houses in Toronto that were built in the late 40s through the 70s. Those, however, had a small vestibule as an air lock, plus a proper sitting room with separate dining room and separate kitchen, plus two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a staircase leading to the basement.

I could see a couple minor changes I’d make but overall it’s pretty cute! I’m not usually a fan of a real modernistic looking exterior but this is nice.
