    Choice of colours are okay but the furniture seems over done. Could have been better if some space was spared i guess

    Take my advice guys.. believe in indian economy invest 3cr in any i mean any smallcap fund wait for 10 years and buy penthouse in burj khalifa.

    The property market in Mumbai is highly inflated. It is better to rent than to buy in 2022 and let the rest of the money grow with some sensible investments. The bubble has been growing since 2009, it will burst someday, have patience and avoid buying at such inflated prices. Really sad state of affairs, developers have a lot of holding power. So many unsold flats are being leased out by developers as there are too few buyers.
    Statistically only 14-15% of India’s population earns above 50k a month, so hard to digest this! Google it up.

    I just went to have a look at what suntec has to offer yesterday. This is a complete lie. The size seen in the video is due to the wide angle camera where the edges of the video are stretched out by default. The rooms are minuscule. I wish suntec would have the taken balcony inside the living and bed rooms. You cannot even have two normal plastic chairs in the balcony. A complete waste.
    The two squarish towers seen in the video has even more compact houses. A complete loot.
    My comment is only for suntec, not interiors.
    I actually found the interior to be quite pleasant.

      Incomplete information , the bigger flats are pretty spacious , when compared to other new 2 bhk offerings . There are 3 sizes in 2 bhk in Sunteck .

      @@rambo324 When we went to visit their site they didn't even show their sample flat and not even that they were taking 10 lakhs as maintainance. They didn't justify it too.

      @@rambo324 For your information i was shown 890 sqft and a 1000 sqft flat layout. Then afterwards they said they have flats available in avenue 1 which they said its sold out🤔.

      Wohi, 3 Cr mein hamare ghar ke paas Delhi mein itna bada bangla liya ek bande ne, 1000 gaj hai kamse kam, chote mote function karwata hai udhar, 40,000 per night.
      10-12 functions hojate hain monthly uske.

    The size is very small for a 2bhk. I have booked a 874 sq ft carpet area 2bhk( 1188 sq ft super carpet), whoes size is much greater than this.
