    Why are u talking so highly of the project when its just an example of inflated real estate prices. One can buy 10x more lavish apartment at 1/10th the price in other metro cities of India

    The belgium Germany and Italian things are not needed.. need more space and affordable.. for 9 crores the kitchen, living room and dining room is so narrow.. ummmm the decor is okay but i don't think its worth

    It's so odd that kitchen is so near to the front door, I have never seen anywhere this kind of structure... Imagine your guests will enter first in kitchen then living room... 😂

      Its designed to be open kitchen dining area. I guess you can change it however you want. Open kitchen and dining give a spacious look to the living room.

      Actually that’s very common overseas. And they are walking in through the kitchen but past the kitchen. You’ll want to keep your kitchen very clean and neat for it to work.

      Putting kitchen near to the front door is insanely stupid. If theres a fire in the kitchen you will be stuck inside the apartment. The kitchen should never be on the way to the exit. But stupid people will tell you all kind of explanations why it is a good idea

    not 1466 carpet area for sure . i live in 1500 sq.ft home and my living,dining,kitchen, bedrroms,bathrooms are gigantic. this is nothing more than 1100

      I agree, 12ft ceiling height is useless if the rooms are so minute. I personally prefer the old construction in Dadar, where every inch mattered and added to the total sq footage of the house.

      @@gjgaming1352 jodis are usually not a good deal. one ends up overpaying and too many modifications to be done for interiors ... dont make sense for investors and also dont make sense for those who are buying 1st home. only makes sense for joint family ppl.

      @@kblakhani various reasons one buys a jodi.. joint family, common large living with divisional privacy, flexibility to remodel in future, sell in part if needed.. just a few. Its need based and subjective.
      Further more its not always expensive.. sometimes it is minimal changes.. like just 1 wall.. depends on layout and handover shell plan.
      The project i mentioned has such ideal units.. gives floor exclusivity, views, no neighbours, minimal changes and option to enlarge rooms ..
