if you take out the wand were the wand and hose connect there should be a red button an Dif you hit that and pull the wand away from the hose it detaches and you can use all of your attachments with out the wand and you can reattach the wand to the hose.

I look at the Amazon but they don't explain. The guarantee of five years... What can I do from here? I will sent the vacuum with my cost back or our Dyson services here in Greece help us? Thanks.

I love this Dyson. my only issue is the scratches it causes on hardwood floors

It says a lot if you can have fun doing housework with this vacuum! Is it heavy or hard to push? Like for an old person?
