Powerful stuff this. I was under the impression that you couldn’t die off an opiate rattle but now I know otherwise. Alcohol and Benzos I believe are ruthless to come off too. Wasn’t Valium like a wonder drug in the 70s and they soon found out it was very addictive and they had endless people being sick? Thanks again for the upload my friend, great what your doing R kid 😊
Benzos are the worse rattle you can do…. I knew a guy who came off diaz’s , he was eating like 20 10mls a day,, he’s rattle was horrible,,, I thought he was gonna die bro,, He suffered with anxierty for almost 3 years after comin off them, Glad to say he’s doing well now tho !!!

Worked on drug and alcohol wards in prison, at that time 70% of inmates coming into jail had problems with drugs of various kinds- benzos were difficult to get off, took months at very low doses
Hi mate 3.7 years into Recovery from alcohol never had many problems with drugs but raving alcoholic..I take it you don't touch alcohol aswell as drugs??..never done any NA meeting's just AA so forgive me if I sound ignorant..great video by the way 🙏
Iv been to both AA and NA but found that NA worked for me better,, whenever i went to AA and jumped in for a share, id say “hello im james and im an addict”. And youd see all the women clutching their handbags, as if i was gonna rob them.. 😏…. I have been to a few AA’s but i work through the green an gold in NA as it has worked for me,, An yes mate im totally abstinant from all forms of mind altering substances… 🙏🙏

Hello mate.Been struggling with addiction myself…gambling addiction.Its a tough one to crack as I’ve been gambling on and off for 14 years now but it’s the urges(when they come)which is hard to resist.Sometimes I relapse after a few months but I’ve also abstained for over 3 years in the past.Hope you’re keeping strong anyway bud.
