If that player base is too small then there is not enough money into it for the developers to keep spending time on it and to keep official servers up. Both are a problem. As more and more survival games come out the pool of money (wallets of players) is not growing but if number of games increase then they get a smaller share. We are already way past the point that those shares are sufficient for all developers to live from. So a game has to do better as average to keep on living. Players only see the one time big hits of games when starting studios had their first big hit and made "a lot of money". If that "lot of money" is just a one time thing you would be surprised how fast that money is gone if you pay official servers from that and just reasonable monthly salaries (not living like gods just living). Sure it will the bills paid for 1 maybe 2 or 3 years, but then they must have a new hit same size to keep that running, how many small studio's have that big of a hit every 2-3 years??? People just seem to think 1 million dollars or so is a lot. Try to live with 4 households from that and rent 100 servers for 2 years from that kind of money and you see that it's probably not even enough. Learn to calculate and do stare to something you do not get in your wallet in one go. Most people in western countries make multiple those amounts in their working lifetime, just not in one go but in weekly or monthly paychecks.

@@chinesepopsongs00 conan exiles has already proven that 5-10k playerbase isn't small at all if they're willing to support the game. so no - core players who are into conan and soulmask, don't really care for other survival games unless they deliver similar experience which they don't. how long was conan out 10 years or something?! - and only now we get soulmask, how long do u assume next game comes out that serves same playerbase? i doubt it will anytime soon. as for other survival games - i bought aska and refunded it in 12 minutes because it was such a garbage so nope, more survival games != us spending money on them. but guess what i'm buying on day one - any DLC (even if it's useless cosmetic) that comes out next for soulmask, because devs deserve all the support from me. i consider myself core player and that's what core players do. 5k core players can and will be more profitable than 100k casuals with only initial purchase on the long run.

Lmao this bro thinks Conan Exiles has a 5 to 10k playerbase. You do realize it's on consoles and we can't see its numbers on there and it was constantly in the 18 - 25k range if not more just on steam clear up until they announced the battlepass nonsense. But has been bleeding players ever since because of just straight up poor choices from the people in charge.
They will end most if not all support for it whenever Dune drops. You watch.
And to those that say a game just loses players over time acting as if they should not or do not gain new ones or have the ability to hold high consistent numbers. Go tell that to the Rust, Destiny 2, or GTA5 devs. Tbh I could list more there but why bother. Some of you will probably still try to argue I don't know what I am talking about lmao. Cheers! 😁

Do you ever think to your self, that you are part of the problem with videos titled "DOA, Game Is Dead, Here Is Why The Game Is Dying"?
With the quantity of survival games we have in this genre these days, there is no wonder why numbers go up and down. Plus, we just had some pretty big updates within the same genre. Maybe give games some time to breath before calling them DOA...
Anyway, I'm tired of listening to the "too grindy" in a survival game. You used to make good content, now you're just feeding the algorithm. Hopefully you'll start making good content again in the future…

I worked so hard for more than 3 days farming the Ancient Ruins Dungeon and I finally crafted and placed two portals! I was so excited, all the hard work was going to pay off. I clicked the portal and selected the destination and it said "Portal Node Locked" so just like 90% of the mechanics in the game I went to google for answers. I can't express how incredibly disappointed I was to find out that killing the Ape boss is required to "Unlock" the portal nodes!
Before that moment I could barely defeat the Berserk Saber-tooth only due to the few iron items I was able to craft after multiple days of farming. My goal was to craft the saber-tooth armor, which was not available after killing the Fierce Saber-tooth. After researching I found the requirement was to kill the second saber boss so I killed it. After researching I found that the adhesive component ONLY drops in a level 50 area up in the desert so another goal was put on the backburner, almost there but nope not accomplishable at my level as a solo player.
My map was maybe 1/5 revealed at that time and the distance and struggle to defeat the frog then the ape was just too much so I quit. After 2 days of intense boredom, I started playing again. I have had several days that I enter the game, open the map, sigh and leave the game.
I am still playing after over 310 hours of solo play but with reduced ambition, fearing the next out of the blue roadblock that will prevent my progress. I love the game, it's an incredible game, they have done a fantastic job and I applaud the devs but I agree with Wak & Firespark, several factors have more than dampened my intrest in playing. However, I am encouraged that things will improve due to the developers attention to player feedback. Sorry for the rambling, meandering post, I doubt many will read to this point but wanted to ackowledge the poor quality of my post. Cheers!

Wak was partially right- the grind is long, but it doesn't stop at mid game. My friend has over 500 hours into the game and just hit awareness 60 (afk overnight crafting optimized items every night for over a week). That's ridiculous and needs to be changed. I think people get to around 30-40 and realize they are only scratching the surface and give up. A lot of gamers don't have the best attention spans, and the experience required to level up increases exponentially. It's honestly absurd. You have to run your PC afk crafting for over a week to get to end game. If you're not afk crafting overnight, and crafting the correct items at that, you'll probably never even make it close to 60. That can't be the intended gameplay loop. The game isn't fun when you spend all of your time "playing" farming materials just so you can afk craft overnight to progress levels.
All of that aside, the AI is incredibly inconsistent and buggy. Official servers are laggy- way too much rubber banding that doesn't effect the mobs/tribesmen which can easily get you killed. The damage/hp values need a lot of tweaking. Higher level elite mobs can one shot you and have so much health that you will wear through 40% of your weapon/armor durability killing them. It's usually not even worth fighting them after you factor in the time wasted and durability cost. The entire durability system needs an overhaul. Permanently losing durability when you repair an item is a horrible mechanic. Losing your mods when you repair an item is a horrible mechanic. You need to be able to save more than 3 tribesmen in the mask console.
I could go on and on. The game has great potential and can be a lot of fun, but in it's current state I can't say I'm surprised it's dying quickly.

I don't get how people don't know what the proficiency perks are for weapons. There's 3 bars in your main UI. Red/green/Yellow. Red is obvious. Green is also obvious. Yellow?...process of elimination. Stam down means it does more damage to their stamina, Res down means it does more damage to their...you guessed it. Resilience. Anyone who has done combat has experienced what happens when their resilience gets depleted. So you can imagine what that does to an enemy.
Some people say it's "over complicated" but it really isn't. Games now adays are just dumbed down and simplified to a point where it requires almost no learning. It's indeed complicated, but with a little effort it's easily understood. I think what people are having the hardest time with is just the sheer amount of content in the game, as it can feel overwhelming. I'd even argue that's what makes this game so good. Especially for an EA title. Not everyone will like that, but then again games aren't ever released to be for everyone. With that being said, it's early access. And with how often they update and improve, this game has a bright future for a full release.

You forgot to add a sense of accomplishment... you spent days preparing to run a dungeon, you go in, kill enemies and bosses, only to loot garbage materials... you rarely get anything good from chests or enemies drops.
Then it comes gear durability. Weapons and gear break way too fast, and when repaired, you lose max durability and any modification placed on them. Making it pointless to even crafting gear and mod the gear that won't even last you a full day of fighting... having to carry 4 weapons to do a single dungeon and hope it does not break... that is pointless. We need to either remove durability all together or remove the max durability loss and mod loss when repairing. The thought of grinding for materials to craft a boss set that will break in 1 dungeon, detour me from even crafting that gear because in a way is a waste of time... but then you need the gear to progress ...

After about 100 hours my main issues are:
the main character being useless after the first couple hours. There needs to be some mechanic to keep them relevant.
    Better distribution of some ores.
Option to tell tribesmens to only collect or make up to X amount of material so they'll only go for more when storage goes below that
Reduce the number of predators because its crazy how densely packed they are in many areas. Especially with how fast and powerful jaguars are and some places have them every 100 ft.
Awareness past 20 becomes way too grindy especially past iron. Then when you get to steel the requirements to build anything are a little high and take resources that are sparse so I can see that being a wall that stops many players in their tracks.
Some buildings that help with automation should probably be unlocked a little earlier.
Considering the distances we have to deal with and how important getting better tribesman are we need more mounts have the ability to carry unconscious people or at least let us deploy more than one person.

As an official/vanilla PVP players for years, i have to say that this game promotes grinding over skill in official servers. No matter how good you are, whoever has higher gear tier from you will win 99% of the time. There is simply no counterplay, Nothing. At this point if a tribe with better gear comes to raid you...well its GG, Nothing can be done about it. On the other hand, Conan exiles promotes skill over gear as i have managed to kill countless time people with maxxed out gear just with my daggers and no armor. Its unrealistic to have my PC turned on for 2 weeks to autolevel up by crafting 16/24H a day too.

Tweaking the settings helps the game a lot with speeding up the pace so you don't have to grind so much. The game DOES need an instant teleport to your home. If you don't set up your home base near a teleporter, yes, you will be frustrated with the amount of walking/running you have to do, which caused me to lose interest the first time. I started a second time, to give it another go, and built near a teleporter and that helped a lot, same with tweaking the settings.

I want to start by saying that it is totally normal for a game to lose some Players. And regarding the main character, I think the problem here is that they don't let The Players know that here the real character is the mask.
And with the main character I did this, in order to give him greater prominence in the game.
When you are in that process that has the character grabbed by the neck and you are going to put him in a coma, there should be two options number one. that of leaving him in a coma so that you can take him to your base, or number two that he can steal his soul or his spirit and when you steal his spirit all the skills and talents of that character, and it passes to you to your main character and every time you find a better member you can do that and a table where you can change the image

That said, people not being able to get their head around the fact that you're the spirit in the mask and not the human is so weird, it seems so self-evident to me. The "main character" isn't useless, several people have made videos on how to effectively use that human. I'm SO tired of everyone wanting to "dumb down" games. Every single time people start calling for this, we wind up with the same game that's been made a thousand times, just with a new skin on it. My biggest annoyance is travel and tribesmen. The fact you can only take one with at a time is omg so stupid. Worse is that if you free one from being kidnapped they won't go home unless you control them or deploy them. Meaning if you brought someone to help free them one still has to stay on the spot!!!!
If you want to move your base and move tribesmen from one base to another FFS you have to hold each one of their hands. It's so boring busy work.

Most games these days have fast travel home. There is a reason for that. As for the dumb it down, like I said in the video I don't mean removing. I mean simplifying and condensing. Tell me another game that has had to release 5 FAQs just so people could figure out how to play the game because they were getting mad about non-issues. All because they couldn't figure out how to do the most simplest things in game like automate someone tending the bonfire. Thats a huge problem rather you agree or not the players walking away speaks volumes.

@@Firespark81 It also sounds like the players aren't the swiftest folks. I think what he means is that so many people want the easiest gameplay possible it makes games longevity trash because nothing is rewarding. The game does have issues but the amount of folks that struggle with simple dodging are generally the ones having the other issues as well. Sometimes games aren't for everyone.

    • @vik8382
      @vik8382 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@Firespark81Not everyone likes "fast travel home" option. It takes away from the gameplay. For example, Vrising. It has teleports everywhere and one you can build at your base. Also it has thralls who farm. Endgame is just you sitting in base 24/7, never farming or leaving. People complain there is no point in leaving base, they don't meet anyone outside the base for pvp or just simple interaction of an online game. Nobody likes that. Traveling is part of experience. Not everything needs to be filled with "fun" every second. 1-2 min travel is not going to ruin your experience.
Simplifying also disagree. Some people (including myself) love challenging gameplay mechanics/systems. It's fun to learn, it's fun to experiment, it's fun when it's complex and not dumbed down. There are enough dumb games already, stop forcing other games into becoming same like others. I like googling, reading wiki, watching TH-cam guides (including yours) in order to become better at a game if I cannot figure something out myself. Which is... I love when you figure out game mechanics, map, progress or even difficulty of the zones yourself. It is the most fun and rewarding experience of a new game - learning and exploring, becoming better along the way.
FAQ I didn't read a single one but didn't have huge difficulties to learn how to play. It is just making easier to find out something that you didn't understand or know. It's not like a game is unplayable without it. it's just a nice gesture that developers made it. Some games are just more complex and nothing wrong with that. They could just add more descriptions in UI next to skills or whatever to make it more understandable from the beginning.
Also how do you know why people are leaving? As I understand this video is based on your opinion and not on actual facts. People might be leaving because it's summer and they are going on vacation or whatever. It's normal. Also every game literally experiences downfall after a launch. It's natural. I follow many games too and it happens every single time.
From what I see many people complain about pvp aspect and big tribes raiding them. That might be unbalanced and also more of a logical explanation. People don't have time, energy to defend their base especially in summer, especially against big clans. It's a problem of any survival pvp game including ark and conan.
Overall the game is amazing. It already is on a better level in terms of most of mechanics in comparison with other games of same genre/style. Yes, it has issues, but from what I know developers are working on it and players really love the game as it is. Everything now is in developers hands.
Btw if you would have read their discord you would see that most people complain about pvp, getting raided and cheating/using exploits. So the usual pvp survival game issues.

Hugely agree about presentation of the MC role in the game. I've figured it out just about the 35th level of awareness ;D. But I disagree with that the MC is useless. Most of the time on the official PvP server I play using my MC. The bot's role ends with a little help or doing laborers. Control is a great thing to rise up skills faster on the tribesmen (if the appropriate nods had been repaired), but that's it for me. I don't really like to see how a tribesmen, I've raised, occasionally die in a fight.
Where I strongly disagree with the author is that you pose no threat and have no chances against people with the better gear. The fight here is the real-skill-based - souls-like. If you really know how to fight and they are not (like the most I've encountered), their gear will become yours.

I usually agree with firespark on games, but this one I have to disagree. I play with 2 friends on a private server (not ours). I am disabled and have lots of time to play, but we made a pact that I would slow down and just play with them. I am currently 56 awareness, 1 of my friends is 55 and the other is 54. We are in steel advanced gear (have completed the sabertooth of doom). Our main problem is in a few area's. We tried to go get the shadow stalker mask but died to the heat. We had ice, ice cocoa, chill mod 2's on all appropriate gear and still died. There is no heat set, which I dont know if its an oversite or what. It would be nice if they toned that down a bit lol. We also failed on the mammoth first try due to being slowed by the cold. We are currently farming advanced cloth of flint tribe to be able to make the flint tribe winter armor. Thats very tedious because it only drops from 1 chest, the Tribal Leader's advanced chest, so you need to kill the entire camp to get 4 or maybe 6 cloth. You need 12 per set Thats a big grind for very little. Make it more available. I wish they would keep it more in line with the poison and radiation zones. We were able to complete both the fogfrog and the griffon on tier 2 to get those sets. My only real complaint is the elites level 60+ are insane as far as damage they are able to dishout as well as take. We are currently discussing another dungeon we came across. In the first room there are not 1, not 2, but 3 elites in there. We know they will all agro at the same time, so its going to be a slaughter unless we come up with a viable plan. This is a tough game, not for the weak of heart, but personally I am glad of it. I would like to see less crops, less food as far as I am concerned, keep it simple in those area's. There are foods that do a little bit of some stuff but there are always better foods that do more in the area's that are needed. I still havnt had 7 buffs going at once. You need to have a timer on each buff in order to keep up because some are 10 min. some are 20 min and some are 30 min. I buff to rule them all is my opinion :)

At this moment I do think it's Elden Ring DLC, but it's not all. Progression revamp is needed. Getting tin/copper for bronze is fairly easy early, but iron has a multi biome gap (lots of land with same tin/copper resources). Knowing where to go is very limited and the difficulty to get there is more of a painful chore trek than a challenge. Story quests to give information and acquire advantages in the environment would be beneficial. Places like Holy Ruins is a rough grind just to get to a dungeon. I know it's a huge turn off for many with Plunderers being "OP". Plunderers being tough as they are now is fine, but the density needs serious toning down imo. There's a lot that can be and maybe they are already working on it. I've been having a lot of fun, but the grind and sometimes over challenging tasks to progress is tiresome.

I agree with a lot of things being said in the video. Progression is for sure an issue. Im playing single player and before I could recreate tribesmen which btw is a flawed system too id go to the first dungeon and on my way out all enemies are respawned and I get killed my loot drops so I have nothing and had to go back 3000ms with weaker armor to get said loot with my unleveled tribesmen. I dont mind the game being hard but that almost made me quit. Im still playing but im trying out aska which is a much more chill experience. The combat needs work. AI dodge arrows like they are neo from the matrix. I know this got picked up in the patch notes but makes bows almost useless in open areas. Overall I like the game but its very much micro management simulator with walking simulator as a bonus lol. Going from bronze to iron really shouldn't be the pain it currently is. Feel like you need to hit iron age to have fun and thats turning off a lot of players. And don't get me started on the plunderer camp. They have so many npcs stacked up there even with max prof characters and bronze armor and a follower with the same stats its such a grind. I still haven't done it as I was getting hit by 5 people at once in that camp and its just not fun as a solo person. Good game overall. Just a lot of little things make it very frustrating. I also have increased rates. My awareness level is about 37 and I feel things getting easier but not more fun.

I think the main character "problem" is not a problem at all. I think it's silly that people think it's a problem. Sure there's a learning curve to figuring out the gameplay loop, but once you understand it, the main character role is so good in its current state. If people really care so much about maintaining the aesthetics if the initial character they created (which I think is silly) then the simple solution would be for the devs to allow aesthetic customization if the thralls to match that template if the original character. "Problem" solved. I think the current state of the game using thralls, and forgetting about the main character is actually one of the coolest features of the game.

I got a private server. A few things I did that made the experience fun for me and my friends.
-I turned off gear Durability. I don't mind the mechanic in itself, but that it gets weaker after each repair. This creates an unnecessary grind component designed to falsly extend the longevity of the game. Not concerned with realism of deteriation and wear and tear. I'm riding a jaguar after all, I can accept some things.
-I increased general XP, mask XP and awareness strength XP to offset the excessive grind.
    -Increased output for mining.
-Increased boss drops. This way the boss drops enough for more than one person participating.
-Increased tribe size and deployable party size. On the deployable party, we play with an integrity rule. You can take one with you in battle as to not make it too easy, but when you are scouting for new tribe NPCs, you can now come home with up to 6 if your clever. 4 on foot, 1 on llama and 1 on shoulder.
-Lessened the drain of food and water. It's still there and requires strategy, but it's not as much of an interruption or annoyance.
-Reduced the impact of mood. Same reason as above. It's still there.
-Made invasions more frequent. The heat meter builds a little faster.
-Made finding quality people and animale more frequent. It's still very rare to find a great prospect, but it's far better now.
All of this was designed to get some of the tedius grind out the way without making the game too easy and quick. The game is fun and I have played over 400 hours. But had I not made any adjustments, I probably wouldn't have made it past 50.

Soulmask is "the" Best Survivalgame when it comes to an EA Start against all other Games, ppl would like to compare it with. That being said, doesnt mean it is perfect already, but when it comes to Content and what it already have in it, for an EA Start, it is just crazy. Of course they need to do a lot, but i pray they dont make it easier, only some ppl are maybe to lazy to invest time into a great game, to figure out to get better or beat the Issue they maybe have.
I personally think, that Soulmask just have not that much ppl playing the game, as its more grindy compared to others (They should play Myth of Empires, then they know what a real grind is XD) and timing can be crucial for release. But not their fault, that this year so many good games are out or releasing their big Updates or getting into 1.0. Examples are V Rising 1.0, Valheim Update, ASKA Start, Palworld Big Update, Eldenring DLC, Conan Exiles Update, Ark Update, 7d2d 1.0 experimental and many others more. You barely can say, i play them all for some hours everyday, as then your friends would level away in the one or other Game and you miss to much. Just my opinion, as it happens to me and my friends.
P.S.: I find it sad, when ppl say Game X lose many players, to make panic for maybe nothing as its not as bad as a title would suggest...

I hate the dungeons and the boss fights need work. At the same time I'm OP but feel completely underpowered with Elites and bosses. Since I dont like the dungeons at all, I have no motivation to keep going.

I can agree with the return home part, some of us are playing after a long day, and that ride home... it's worse than anything in the game at the moment. Especially when your a teleporter away AND a good way away from the one you used. Grind, I don't mind, your leveling up, not just one character, but several. I just wish I could tell a crafter to keep doing their job with the mask on while I'm working :P

the progression system doesnt work well
i need this item from this zone, but i cant survive the atmosphere of that zone because i cant craft this item, but that item is in that zone
or you need 1 material to craft something thats wayyyy later in the tech tree and by the time you get to that point you dont need it anymore

For the return home, it could be a return stone you have to get from a low level dungeon and put it at a home base. When you hit the return on the mask, it will only return you to that and you can have only one active.

The game is super complicated, which i love, but i know a lot of people who are just never going to get it. Its too many menus, too many points, levels, and perk on too many tribesmen. Also, the grind is just way too much. I play on like 3x rates for everything in my solo game, and TBH i am still burned out on the grind. There are 100 benches, 30 different plants to farm, 1000 recipes for crafting items, my base has to be absolutely massive, and by the time i get my base up and running smoothly its time to move because i am past all of the nearby resources.
I can't imagine how anyone plays PvP on official. This game would require more of your time than Rust, which is not a good metric.
I love that there is a lot, but the scale gets lost in the tedium.

This game is brutal and beautiful. I have screamed, cried, laughed, been in awe and almost quit I 100 times but I have stayed because this has scratched an itch I didn’t even knew I had.
If I had to compare it to something it would be the elden ring / dark souls survival. One moment you are feeling like a god then the next moment you can get rent because you got cocky in a place you have "out leveled" because you did not pay attention. There are recipes that I feel would do better earlier like getting to make the pills to reset stats for tribesmen so it would be easier for the early game when fresh players can’t have many tribesmen you can use as a decent fighter.
I also wish that when you register a tribesman in the station that you could respawn it like the main character on campfires and not have to wait 30 min to remodel.
Sure it has some issues that I would be nice to fix but from what I have experienced from new early access games the past few years is that few have been this developed and polished from the get go. This could have been release as a finished game with the standard that AAA games are released with today.
All in all I love the game, can’t wait to see where it’s going! 😊

(official) server lag is also a big problem, enemies will sit at 1 hp while you smack them 3 times, or you get hit by things when you are no where near it (sabertooth boss for example)

The PvP is absurdly built around groups. If you are solo don’t bother unless it’s a private server with gather rates up x10.
The solo play is fun imo. You can change settings on nosc to hit at half their rate while you double yours and it seems much more balanced especially if you’re undergeared.

Well i can tell you on pvp servers the population got wiped by raiding as base defence is far worse than ark or rust.
And i am talking huge bases falling easy.
They need to make bases tougher to raid.

Ive watched your whole video. All points are reasonable. Solo players will have a hard time, true. But NPC Humans just wanting to get top geared after 2 hrs and see the whole map just to put this game to the graveyard are not welcome. Its great to have a game which in the lvl of a character means something. Its brings back everything we missed the past 15 years. It has mechanics for MMO experience where everyone can deepdive in a one of the roles to get part of a tribe. The -at this time- simplified Soulslike fighting system focused on timing and Opponent-Awareness is such a exciting type of play for PVE AND PVP. Howgreat is that? Faqq PVE Coop Games. Faqq them players. Faqq those Forza Horizon and CoD dampars NPC Humans. Soulmask will bring the new era. If this game falls, the few Humans we have on Earth not totally brainwashed will receive a big loss in the war against the Industry.

My biggest complaint is with the automation. I either need to have them make x amount every y interval or manually set items to be made all the time. I'd love the option to tell my tribesmen "Hey, I want 300 planks at all times, if it gets below this I want you to craft and store more." Not to mention if I DON'T have planks, they just say "We dont have the resources" and just sit down... like... go make them or have them made then?

I am abaout 80 Hours into the game. We play on a privat PVE server but havent changed any settings so it is grindy indeed. i am at consciousness level 31 and play atm my main-/starting Charackter at this point i starting to get the need for specialized triebsmen to get our Base Automated., (Base location: on the coast west of the south rainforrest Portal= Very good location for bronze age, we love it 🙂). We are all new to this game so we have to take our time to get to know the production chains, game mechanics and so on. there for i think its good that the leveling take so long. I am enjoying to figure out how everything works in this geme. Yes i went into ereas wich had been to difficult for us but it s kind of an thrill to sneak past an lev 45 Bear climbing on a rock wich he can not climb and shoot him with arrows. Up to now there had been always a portel "close" by may be 10 min on foot away. (I played Valheim without map so i am kind of used to long travel times.) But two of our groop dont have that much time to play and they lost interrest quickly.

So far i havent had any of these issues i just dont charge into high lvl camps i literally pick them off 1 by 1. I've wandered through the Plunderer camp of lvl 50s wearing steal and managed to kill several of them while i was in bronze, i do think the main character should be able to become better at the weapons at the very least because it makes sense that the tribal leader would be strong at those things. a mask hearth stone would be awesome, but i am also ok with the personal portals , i really want combat pets, dogs , boars , wolves, jaguars, eagles etc

IF this is your biggest issue then you still need to learn how to play the game. You need wells or rain collectors and water tanks in their inventory to keep hydrated, for never ending food, make sure to have monkeys gathering. Have basic harvesting tools on a 30min timer for creation and you will never run out of tools for harvesting. You're welcome.

Yeah I just make like 160 steaks and put them on the dinning table . A rain collector solves thirst and that's about it. I just assign a worker to take care of the bonfire and it never goes out wdym. If they're in a tribe, which u can make for your clan, they sorta message u on the screen and tell u every then need or if bonfire gona go out, when they're assigned.
