I just get one important question, how did you manage to do it without a guide!? I thought it was mandatory since one year or so!... Thanks in advance for your answer!!
Hi Sébastien, I was fortunate that the law wasn't enforced when I visited. I checked directly with the national park office, and they didn't require a guide. I even trekked through Sagarmatha National Park (Everest base camp) without one. However, it's hard to say if this will remain the same in the future. Thanks for subscribing! 😊
Another awesome video, Amir. I love how you only use the sound of the hike and it is just so peaceful. How did you manage to animate the map of the trek?
I generally do not subscribe to anyone only just after watching one or two videos. But this is different ,This is pure Art,This is craftsmanship at purest form.I dont know brother from which country you are or will this comment get upto you pr not .Love this presentation.Thank you for making this types of videos. wishing you a great great success ahead. keep up the good work brother. LOTS OF LOVE FROM A NEW SUBSCRIBER
Hi! Thank you so much for your beautiful words and for subscribing! I’m truly happy that the videos resonated with you. Lots of love right back to you! 👊
Ah..the scenery was really stunning. And you captured it very subtly with layering of human story. Thank you for this sharing. May I suggest as well to do a separate narrated video to share your thought about this journey and what's the behind the scene planning about. Many of us here are eager hikers and surely would want to experience such joyful journey one day so if we have knowledge of your experience and planning behind them, it certainly will be very much helpful and appreciated. Keep up the good work coming, cheers!
Thanks so much for the kind words! For this video, I might explore it in my spare time, but for future ones, I’ll definitely include narratives, BTS, tips, and planning details. Appreciate you sharing your thoughts! 😊
Hi, thanks! It's technically prohibited there, but they don’t really check. So, I flew in a less crowded area, away from the helicopter flight zone, I also hiked to Everest Base Camp and the Three Passes, where it was highly restricted.
In the Annapurna region, drone permission is officially required. However, I flew my drone in Mardi Himal without permission, at my own risk, and without any issues, because the area was nearly empty, with no visible helicopter traffic (not a high-traffic flight zone). Unlike the Everest region, they also didn’t check our luggage.

Another awesome video, Amir. I love how you only use the sound of the hike and it is just so peaceful.
How did you manage to animate the map of the trek?
Thanks so much! I created those animated maps in After Effects. As a motion designer, I crafted them manually without using any templates.

Hey Amir,
Amazing video, loved every second of it. May I ask how you managed to fly your drone there? Was it very tricky to get all the permits?
Hi, thanks!
It's technically prohibited there, but they don’t really check. So, I flew in a less crowded area, away from the helicopter flight zone, I also hiked to Everest Base Camp and the Three Passes, where it was highly restricted.

Any protection taken against snakes there?
Usually walking in the routes not in the deep forest so no protection needed.
Hey, did you take any permissions to fly the drone or did you face any issues during the flight or while flying the drone there?
In the Annapurna region, drone permission is officially required. However, I flew my drone in Mardi Himal without permission, at my own risk, and without any issues, because the area was nearly empty, with no visible helicopter traffic (not a high-traffic flight zone). Unlike the Everest region, they also didn’t check our luggage.
Thank you so much for explaining in details. Really helpful :)
