Cosmetically this may not be as appealing to some patients but this is still great research. So please don’t give up as some of us are fascinated by the science! What matters is that you are making progress and this is showing. Thank you 🙏🏻
@@Yahya-ps6vl essentially, tho FUT is probably not the method for this. This would do a lot better with FUE due to the smaller amount of fibrotic tissue it has to bridge.
It seems that the Verteporfin totally works at blocking the YAP protein, it just needs to be improved in YAP communication and Verteporfin activation. With the right topical system it could probably do even better. Hope we see this improve and developed, other yap inhibitors as well. This is such a under appreciated discovery. Appreciate your video and work!
I believe the crucial point is to ensure the substance thoroughly covers the area. Why not use a multi-needle gun with closely spaced needles to inject the Verteporfin, rather than relying on a single needle and hoping the substance will disperse adequately and evenly with just a few injections here and there?
thanks for the update. the highest concentration if you didn't know better looks like it is on its way out-as in moving towards loss; balding. but as you explain, the accurate pov is more that it is healing and coming back to life; and, it does show that way. very interesting, thanks for sharing some of the best perspectives in the field.
@@Yahya-ps6vl short answer from the little research people have been talking about-yes, a little bit. but that is the big hope. if it can transform scar tissue back to a more normal health non-scar tissue then that would be the first step and a huge one. and from the results it does seem to also grow a few hair follicles back.
@michaelgo984 I think it depends on the scar and the amount you inject we can see that dr Barghouthi's result brought back almost all of it with 0.4 fue injection
This looks great! Thanks so much for your work on this. I do have one question. Are you only doing one dose of the verteporfin at the time of surgery? If so, would there potentially be benefit in repeated doses in the days following surgery?
Same, seems like it would pretty much cure acne scaring, I might just run a study on myself lol, found a doctor willing to do ecsision with verteporfin, might get one of my scars excised and have verteporfin injected to see what happens.
@TheHairChemist is a guide of Américan Hair Lost association, he were HT with VT 50 mg... He said no efective result after 5 months, scars its the same, no new follicules... Whats new about it? VT has a new patent in hair regrowth and scarless... Really is it efective or not? Almost inthe scar...
Thank a lot dr... so May you shave that guy, to see the scar or scarless, and what about the histologic test, it has skin characterístics? God bless you
There's no doubt the method works I'm sure further out in the healing process you'd see better results. Vertiporfin would work even better with fue and a higher dosage, God willing it's safe to say we have a means of endless dht resistant grafts assuming the hair can endlessly be extracted.
Thanks for the update! Really appreciate you doing this trial -- not all heroes wear capes
Thanks for the update doc! Encouraging to see you encouraged.

Thank You Dr Bloxham! this is exciting as heck!
I hope Verteporfin works for atrophic acne scars. Thank you, Dr. Bloxham, for conducting the trial. I hope many doctors are like you.
This is huge progress
Does it bring back the grafts taken?

IT'S A MIRACLE. Nah, thanks for the update, regardess of results. We appreciat it.

@@f.austin does dr bloxam say this i mean did he say taken grafts grow back
Great News! There is improvement for sure! At least of 50%! Getting 50% back from donor area it was impossible before Verteporfin!
promising, it would be interesting to see verteporfin used in fue, as the scars are smaller
Dr Barghouthi has been doing fue trials and his latest fue trial update with 0.4 concentration looks overwhelmingly promising

Ooohh. Very nice verterporfin results!
wow looks great! I hope to someday get a Vert HT with you someday.
exciting results for sure
Great vid! We could use more docs like you
Very exciting update. It will revolutionize the scar world
It would be interesting to see what concentration the improvements drop off at. It is possible that 1.6 or even 2 could produce a lot better results

very exciting update !
Any further follow ups please!

Very nice! Excited for more :)
Any chance for another update soon?!
I second that request.
Me too!
There was no trichophytic closure ?
Τhe outcome is that promotes hair regeneration close to the scar , are there any side effects along with the long term use of vertoprofirin ?

What about micro needling in addition to this
Is this treatment available with you?
This video didn’t make it to my feed
Would this also help the healing of FUE transplants?
Yes it does other trials have shown some promising results
Get on Finastetire before it's too late or start buy undetectable hair system. Those are and will the only options for a long long time.
У меня сильные побочки от данного препарата. По началу было нормально, а через неделю полное отсутствие либидо. Не знаю что делать
Not even close
👍👍
Just shave it, bro. (So we can see how the scar looks)
Yes, its necessary see shaved, so we can see if the scar is les or scarless
Is this the cure?
No.
A few hairs that regrow, only a few. In no way verteporfin can regain you a full head of hair.
possibly.. leaning on probably
Yes, but dose dependent. The question is whether you need to transplant hair or can just wound the area of hair loss and treat with verteporfin.
@@zeethreewow, interesting. Is that a possibility? Just wounding the area without transplanting?
Only a few random hairs that regrow, nothing that can regain hair across an entire bald scalp.
you either didn't watch the video or didn't understand anything from it
I think 1 mg/cm^2 concentration would create much more difference and would give better results.
