Terry said it didn’t matter and when they were leaving here was a cat hanging from the eave with a slab missing from either side .

Adam Garratt : The easiest way to remove 😃 "charcoal" from pots and pans is with quarter lemons or limes and let it boil / simmer for a while. Also let that soak in if you wish. Then use a brush or (eventually metal) sponge. One can do this even weeks later. 🍋 🍋 🍋 Friends had many expensive horribly burnt in a box in the garage to take to the dump. The mother has Dementia and starts gardening or goes to bed while still food on the stove. I often stayed with her so friends could go on holiday. She (96) is in a home since half a year and happy there after the house burnt partly twice.

I'm well impressed with this one Adam. 3 cloves of garlic isn't a lot -- I LOVE the stuff. Will have to use Hot Chilli Sauce as that's the only hot sauce you can get here. Can't wait to try it.
Also, when you have a lot of garlic and you get garlic burps. The whole room is filled with garlic odour. You leave the room, come back in and it stinks, and you're both disgusted and proud. 😂

Quick tip use some dry spices in your marination with yoghurt instead of using hot sauce and smoke it with coal to give it a smokey flavour. But loved the recipe

Make sure your frying pan is oven compatible I know from experience as melted frying pan plastic doesn’t add to any dish I know 😆😆😆

Parsley/ Chervil/ Dill are all substitutes for Coriander. I like the Parsley and Coriander combination personally.

Someone else mentioned you could use dill as a substitute. I think that would work as well as basil.
Once had a salad that tasted like fairy liquid. That's when I knew I faced a life of avoiding coriander.
Strange isn't it. I have heard though that you can still eat coriander seeds, as they don't contain the compound that makes it taste like soap
