Loved this house!! Positive notes: most fireplaces were uncovered, some bathrooms had open air windows, a separate laundry room with sink and space for ironing, the biggest plus was the elevator of course. Also the balconies, terraces and back yard, all amazing. I loved that there were planter boxes on the rooftop. Absolutely gorgeous 😍
wow, complete structural remodel with an added elevator. anywhere south of this area and it would be 3 or 4 times the price. gorgeous. this must be an upcoming area if people are doing this level rehab and if thats the case 3-9 is a steal.

This home is exceptional for a townhouse uptown. I love the lower level with the outdoor area and built in seating. That would be my private outdoor oasis. The one caveat in iny opinion was that tiny room that they said was a bedroom on the upper floor. That should have been labeled an office. I'm not sure if you could even get a bed in there without taking up the entire space. Other than that, the home is lovely and the elevator was an awesome bonus.
I usually dislike what people do to this amazing old brownstones. They rip out the amazing woodwork and characterists and everything is painted white with ultra modern ugliness. I admit that this one didn't over do that! It's an amazing piece of property!!!
