@NordicCrypto thanks. Maybe you could do a video on how to verify that the satellite miner is working as expected and that earnings are being rewarded. Im still not entirely sure my byod sat miner is working. Also, how to verify miner as I believe this function is available now
Both of those steps are very simple & I will try and explain them here. Once the BYOD is setup you will start seing 0.0 tx occuring from your wallet within a day or two (this means your miner is up and running and sending data in the form of "microtransactions".) If you see that. that is verifying it's working. To verify your miner, simply go to fry foundations website and go under the tab "Hardware miner resrouces" and there is another tab called "Verify your miner here". Click it and scan the QR code with your wallet you have your miner on and you are done!
Of course! The mini computers "TRIGKEY G4 mini PC" all works for running a ETCMC Node. And those specs are a lot more than enough to run a FRY node. So you can compare the specs of that with other. I will leave you some more specific specs for the minimum fry pc requirements here below. (The requirements to run a fry licence is very low) Windows 10/11, 4 Gb ram and 1 Gb free disk space. Here you can find more info in my common questions & answer article about fry miners/Licences. nordiccrypto.io/fry-miner-common-questions/ Best of luck! /Nordic

Same wallet but different accounts (that all use separate seed phrases). So you need a dedicated seed phrase for each miner. So, I handle all my fry miners within one and the same login so to say
I think you are not completely honest on this ETCMC project. The value of the ETCPOW token is dropping constantly. Personally I would not recommend buying a ETCMC node by now. When you already own one, then is it a good thing to add a FRY satellite miner to it.
Well, from someone being in the crypto mining space for many years. Looking at the current dollar value earnings can sometimes be very misleading. For example like we have seen with mining the GEOD token and now recently the FRY token. If I would have not mined both those tokens during the past year (when the current dollar value was low) I would not have had a ton of those tokens now when the price of both tokens 10x from the bottom. And now suddenly, the current dollar value earnings is high for both just due to that, and that applies to all my previously mined tokens. I don't know if I'm explaining this poorly. But imagine mining Bitcoin when bitcoin was only worth $1 per bitcoin. Then the current dollar value earnings at that time was not high. But those current dollar value earnings was irrelevant since the underlying token could perhaps increase in price. Just like I have seen happening with most of my crypto mining tokens. I personally think the ETCMC project is doing a splendid job. They have a great roadmap and the actual utility of the nodes does help the Ethereum Classic blockchain. Hope this helped & let me know if you have further questions. Wish you a great Friday! /Nordic
Hi, Here are the minimum system specs to run the ETCMC node (and fry node) Minimum system requirements: Windows 10/11 4 core 4 thread CPU Minimum 256 GB SSD Minimum memory 8GB optimal 16GB Ram
Yes, basically the phrase DePIN is a new way of referring to the hardware that aids decentralized networks. So bitcoin miners etc are essentially also "DePIN". Probably the most out of them all. I will leave the definition below. Decentralized physical infrastructure networks (DePIN)
You simply go to a centralized exchange or a decentralized exchange and make a trade or swap to USDC or USDT. Then Trade those to Euro or USD and withdraw that amount
I think we need to look at that the price went from $0.17 --> $2.1 in quite a short time period. Now, it have gone down again, but the ETCMC team have caught up with actions/planned further building to create hopefully a stable path forward. I think they have done a good job so far and will definitely continue mining, as long as it is profitable. And, can't forget that the nodes help the ETC-blockchain as well. Happy weekend! /Nordic
I am actually seeing it the other way around. I myself voted for the 50% reduction of emissions. This will allows for longer longevity of better price action long term. And the ETCMC are looking great with a solid roadmap with key events. And, we can't forget that these nodes are actually contributing to the ETC-blockchain and it's ecosystem (which I think we will see a lot more of in the near-future). Being able to get rewards over a longer period of time is a good thing imo. What do you think? Hope you are having a great Friday evening so far! /Nordic

@@NordicCryptook, thanks
can I dual mine whit a open source solo btc miner (bitaxe ultra)
I have no idea actually. If the device is a computer it might work
I think you are not completely honest on this ETCMC project.
/Nordic
Thank you for explaining.
Can I dual mine etcmc and fry on a unit that is 4 cores and 8gb ram? Thank you!
Hi,
Here are the minimum system specs to run the ETCMC node (and fry node)
Minimum system requirements:
Windows 10/11
4 core 4 thread CPU
Minimum 256 GB SSD
Minimum memory 8GB optimal 16GB Ram
@@NordicCrypto can they both run at the same time using a unit with the requirement?
Yes. The specs needed to run a fry licence is way lower. So as long as it works for the etcmc node it will work for the fry licence
I have done all steps, but in the end it says I haven't ´no miner attached to the address'. Do you know why?
Perhaps you have entered the seed phrase in correct. It's added with a space in-between each word
@Crypto that, I think its correctly, because the wallet its connected. Does it take time to appear registered?
The registration of a miner takes from 2-7 weekdays
@@NordicCrypto thanks
is etcmc a depin project ?
Yes, basically the phrase DePIN is a new way of referring to the hardware that aids decentralized networks.
So bitcoin miners etc are essentially also "DePIN". Probably the most out of them all. I will leave the definition below.
Decentralized physical infrastructure networks (DePIN)
@@NordicCrypto I do not see the Public Infrastructure in the ETCMC.
Can I run multiple miners on a pc ?
No we can only run one Fry miner or Fry licence miner per computer
How do you sell the tokens you mine for most profit amd to recoup you investment fastest?
You simply go to a centralized exchange or a decentralized exchange and make a trade or swap to USDC or USDT. Then Trade those to Euro or USD and withdraw that amount
snowball systems never go up in price !! etcmc was 2 dollar per coin and now ..... shit
-93% and 9$ for 100etcpow is very bad
I think we need to look at that the price went from $0.17 --> $2.1 in quite a short time period. Now, it have gone down again, but the ETCMC team have caught up with actions/planned further building to create hopefully a stable path forward. I think they have done a good job so far and will definitely continue mining, as long as it is profitable. And, can't forget that the nodes help the ETC-blockchain as well. Happy weekend! /Nordic
Etcmc is dead I think, half rewards immediately and another halving when they onboard another 500 nodes, coin price in free fall… one to avoid I think
Its weard that they do another halving 🤦🤦 ( but i Hope in longer term they will go to a 1$
I am actually seeing it the other way around. /Nordic
@@NordicCrypto very stupid vote i told all of you in discord chanel. in this road is going to be dead project. next 500 nodes will be 2.10 etcpowe good future.
🤢🔪
Can i run fry satellite miner with the bandwidth miner on the same pc?
"promosm"
buy an etc node for 500$(loool) and be paid in a printed token sound good loool. GG hope you undertand this printed token with no utility go to 0$
