Trooper's Report: On 3/4/2023 at approximately 15:31 hours, I was on routine patrol on I-40 Eastbound when I observed a black Chevrolet Suburban bearing Missouri license plate# EJ7H4Y. I observed the vehicle change lanes from the left lane to the right lane failing to use a turn signal. I initiated my emergency equipment, conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle on I-40 Eastbound at the 176 mile marker, and made contact with the driver of the vehicle (later identified as Henry Miller. Upon making contact with Miller, I identified myself as an Arkansas State Trooper, and advised him why he had been stopped. Miller stated that the reason that he had not used his turn signal was because he was on the phone. Then asked Miller for his driver’s license and vehicle information. Miller provided me with his driver’s license and stated that the vehicle was a rental car. Miller also stated that he had rented the vehicle in Tulsa, OK and had an electronic copy of the rental agreement on his phone. I then had Miller exit the vehicle and come to the front on my patrol unit so that he could show me a digital copy of the rental agreement on his phone. After Miller exited the vehicle I asked him where he was coming from and where he was traveling to. Miller stated that he was coming from Tulsa, OK and was traveling to Atlanta, GA to visit a friend. While standing in front of my patrol unit, I noticed that Miller seemed to be extremely nervous (his hands were shaking, he wouldn’t make eye contact with me, and his breathing was heavy and labored). I asked Miller why he was so nervous and he stated that he was just stressed out and that he had been drinking a lot of coffee. I then asked Miller if there was anything illegal inside of his vehicle and Miller stated “No there isn’t”. I also asked Miller if everything inside of the vehicle belonged to him and he stated “Yes”. As a result of Miller’s extreme nervousness, I asked him for consent to search his vehicle, and Miller stated “I’d rather you not”. I advised Miller that I had a narcotics detector canine and that I was going to deploy him to conduct a free air sniff of the exterior of his vehicle. I also advised Miller that if the canine alerted to the odor of narcotics, that I would have probable cause to search his vehicle. After speaking with Miller, I advised to stand on the shoulder of the roadway so I could conduct the canine sniff. I then deployed my narcotics detector canine “Raptor” to conduct a sniff of the exterior of the vehicle. During the sniff, “Raptor” indicated to the odor of narcotics. After the sniff was complete, I advised Miller that I was going to conduct a probable cause search of his vehicle. I also asked Miller if he wanted to be honest about what he had inside of the vehicle, and Miller stated “I’ve got Cannabis”. I then asked Miller how much marijuana was inside of his vehicle and he stated “I think there’s 25 pounds”. I then took Miller into custody, advised him of his Miranda Rights, and secured him in the rear of my patrol unit. Once Miller was secured in the rear of my patrol unit, I conducted a search of the interior of his vehicle. While searching the interior vehicle I located (2) large gray suitcases and (2) large black plastic totes in the rear cargo area of the vehicle. Upon opening the suitcases and plastic totes, I observed numerous vacuum sealed packages containing suspected marijuana (approximately 42 pounds in total weight). Rich’s Wrecker Service was contacted and later arrived on scene to tow Miller’s vehicle to the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office so that the suspected marijuana could be removed from the vehicle. Miller was transported to the Lonoke County Jail for booking where he was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Miller had $3,991.00 in U.S. Currency on his person at the time of his arrest that he stated was provided to him as “travel money” by the people he was transporting the suspected marijuana for. This U.S. Currency was seized from Miller and deposited into the Arkansas State Police Asset Forfeiture Account at Centennial Bank. Miller was provided with a copy of the seizure form.

Nice to see an officer with a whole bag of approaches and shifts in demeanor. I swear he came off at first as disarming as a happy Barney Fife. As he watches the reaction he gets his stance becomes more firm and serious. The playful moves as he emphasizes the dog's hit on the scent seem to completely flummox the guy. He seems to confuse the man into submission. Amazing.
He's a great officer, very disarming and cordial. I think it's because he works with his partner K9, and his partner gets a lot of cues on how to behave from the officer's demeanor.
The investigative training of these ASP officers is excellent. This trooper did a thorough investigation. Another great investigative trooper is Ana Escamilla. These guys don’t miss a beat.
@@terrytownsend5583Before Dashcam and body camera's police would touch the back of the vehicle so that if something were to happen, that officer's fingerprint would be on the back of the car which would then tie the car to the incident. This officer & his K-9 will have a very long career because he is a pleasure to deal with he makes everyone feel comfortable from the beginning from I have watched through the videos

Sgt Blackerby and his longtime fur partner - catching bad guys. Stay safe, sir. Shocking our driver didn't know to stay outta AR & that his backseat comments would go worldwide before supper!
Love this Trooper's accent and attitude. Great questioning technique. Each time he asks the driver about what's inside the car, the driver turns to look at the car. That's a subconscious giveaway.
My new favorite trooper. I love the way before he brought out Raptor he got that guy to say 'everything in the vehicle is yours, right?" lol. He knew exactly what he was going to find.
Trooper was smiling big on the way back to his car to get the dog... That guy's good at what he does. He works the K-9 for a reason you can tell. All of them get good training but some of them just have natural talent too.
That is why the drug lords don't transport it. They hire these low IQ drug mules to do it. Sure they pay them a few thousand and they get to take all the risks and they also get to take the rap when it goes wrong.
He's not getting the time if they get him to wrap if he rats he's going to walk probation if he has no record that serious and they're going after the big guns
Phone call: "Yeah I'm not gonna make the drop today. When? Eh...Maybe in 10 to 20?" The way his heart must have just sunk when trooper told him he's got a dog lol.
Officer: "Feel like answering my questions now?" Dude: "No, I don't think I should." Dude: *Proceeds to answer every single subsequent question put to him.*
That smile on the Trooper's face as he heads back to his squad car, lol. Well done, K9 Raptor, well done! I love the way the Trooper talks to his four legged partner.
This mule is going to need to got into the witness protection program. So much info given in this video, he and/or his family is/are going to be targeted by drug dealers. Why in the name of crap do people think that this is "easy money?" Doesn't look so easy now does it!!
I like how the guy says he’s not ready to answer questions yet but he answered so many questions before that unwittingly. Trooper was 5 steps ahead of him the whole time.
LOL. "Didn't signal." Someone dropped a dime on this guy. That's the real story behind most of these. The cop has a great relationship with his dog. "Be right back" he says before he gets out of the squad car!
@aimdgs87 They are tipped off on many of these big ones. And of course they'll put these ones on TH-cam and pretend that they're just random stops. I'm not saying all of them are but many are. They will never say they got tipped off in these videos. But don't be naive. Cops want to look as good as possible and they obviously pick and choose what videos to put out and some are just too good to be random.
Also, oh my God, the trilling noise he uses to tell Raptor that "it's on-duty time" is awesome. Most of these videos the K-9 is going crazy in the back of the car the whole stop. This guy, literally, has an alarm clock noise that's like an on switch for the dog. Talk about a smart handler and a well-trained pupper.
Oh and the first giveaway was when the driver said "Yuma, Arizona"........ If you don't know that is one major sector for the drug cartels and the drug mules.... It's infamous for all the wrong reasons....
Drug dealer's: detour around Arkansas. Drug runner: that will add 1000 miles to my trip. Drug dealer: but it will keep you out of jail, and our drug's safe. 😊
My favorite thing to watch, see in action, are K9 working dogs..... Dogs are so smart as it is, but when it's a Mali or a Shepherd, etc, working dogs, they are just so dang impressive. And K9 Officer Raptor alerted to those drugs fast, he was like nope dad it's rightttttt here! The whole stop was impressive from beginning to the end.... And you would think the cartels would tell the drug mules do not go through Arkansas...... Lol
@@jetgear2007 also, the guy stated at some point early in the interaction (I think prior to him being asked to step out, or around that time) that he had come from Yuma, Arizona...... That's why I think the cartels were involved....
@@rondameier8168 the guy rented the car in Tulsa. Marijuana doesn’t come from Arizona anymore. Oklahoma has become a major source of black market marijuana in the last few years. If he would’ve had hard drugs then I’d agree it was a cartel. Please don’t be naive and think this was a major bust. This is crumbs. Marijuana isn’t a threat.
@@jetgear2007 first off, I never thought or even commented it was a "major bust". Nor am I naive as you put it. And if you think Marijuana isn't coming out of Arizona, given that cartel members have been caught on camera crossing the border into Yuma, recently, with back packs full of God knows what and armed to the teeth, or the thousands of other people crossing the Yuma sector illegally, then you are the one being naive. Marijuana can be just as destructive and addictive as any other hard drug, maybe not as bad, but it's still a drug. But that's neither here nor there. Like I said in another comment, the driver himself said he was coming from Yuma, Arizona towards the beginning of the interaction. That's not to say the guy wasn't from Yuma, then picked up the vehicle in Oklahoma, the Marijuana could have come from multiple places including Oklahoma..... Either way he was lying about all kinds of details..... But don't insult my intelligence. I'm not a 20 something year old after all.
Rental car out of state, limo tint and vehicle type is what got him stopped, not a blinker violation. Rental cars have mileage limits that normal people don't drive halfway across the country with. Drug mules and dealers don't mind paying thousands of dollars for over mileage fees... dude should have had a neon sign that flashed "drug load" in his rear window.
I trained my German Shepherd for search and rescue and I talked to her the same way, they really respond to it. The higher you can get your voice the better.
I had a friend that was a truckdriver over 20 years ago smuggled 500lbs of weed 13:58 in his diesel trailer as a mule for someone. DPS stopped him, he got 5 years federal.
It's clearly obvious Arkansas judges allow police to make traffic stops without probable cause. In California a case like this would be thrown out by a judge or destroyed by a decent Criminal Defense Lawyer.
@@Sub-Zero-392 The dash cam will show no lane change signal. The dog alerted to drugs. It was a legal stop and search. You assume without evidence he was profiled because of his license plate. In court, you need evidence, not assumptions or theories.

When you're a big enough dumbass with high time preference hauling drugs you aren't really capable of making good decisions.
@Wheeler63- I rented a car for a cross country drive because I didn't want to put those miles on my car. It's not that unusual.
@@garyhenry6192 This isn't a "routine stop". Somewhere down the road, there's probably DEA and Border agents monitoring everything.
That was the most ALERT alert I've ever seen. Good doggie.
It would be hard to argue that the dog didn't alert on the vehicle. Even the most ardent hater would be hard pressed to say that wasn’t an alert.
Nice to see an officer with a whole bag of approaches and shifts in demeanor. I swear he came off at first as disarming as a happy Barney Fife. As he watches the reaction he gets his stance becomes more firm and serious. The playful moves as he emphasizes the dog's
hit on the scent seem to completely flummox the guy. He seems to confuse the man into submission. Amazing.
He's a great officer, very disarming and cordial. I think it's because he works with his partner K9, and his partner gets a lot of cues on how to behave from the officer's demeanor.
Love the way they speak encouragement and praise to the K9 officers.
Oh, I love this officer!! Loved the way he talks to his 4-legged helper buddy! 🐕
The investigative training of these ASP officers is excellent. This trooper did a thorough investigation. Another great investigative trooper is Ana Escamilla. These guys don’t miss a beat.
Love the way how Trooper motivating his partner K9 Raptor. Well done office👏🏻 GOOD BOY RAPTOR
This Trooper and his k9 are absolutely awesome great work Officer!!!
1:37 The classic touch to the back of the vehicle 🫷! 😁
Yes! Even though it's old school, I still love it when I see an officer do that.
Why do they do that
@@terrytownsend5583Before Dashcam and body camera's police would touch the back of the vehicle so that if something were to happen, that officer's fingerprint would be on the back of the car which would then tie the car to the incident. It's not done too often today because of the cameras, and I don't even know if they are still trained to do that anymore. I just like seeing it when they do.
@@slp-mu6uj good shout
This officer & his K-9 will have a very long career because he is a pleasure to deal with he makes everyone feel comfortable from the beginning from I have watched through the videos
I love the way this trooper communicates with his K9. I could listen to him all day. Hes so polite to this drug mule. Thank you getting one more haul off the street. Love this trooper.
Sgt Blackerby and his longtime fur partner - catching bad guys. Stay safe, sir. Shocking our driver didn't know to stay outta AR & that his backseat comments would go worldwide before supper!
He is not going to stay alive for long.
Yeap when he said that that dude is Fucked might as well put your hand in the back and sit in the back of the Cops vehicle
Trooper was smiling big on the way back to his car to get the dog...
That guy's good at what he does.
He works the K-9 for a reason you can tell.
All of them get good training but some of them just have natural talent too.
That's what training is all about cops know when you're nervous booyah
When will they learn transporting drugs is a federal offense, that’s serious jail time..SMH
That is why the drug lords don't transport it. They hire these low IQ drug mules to do it. Sure they pay them a few thousand and they get to take all the risks and they also get to take the rap when it goes wrong.
Looting n burning down a police station and nothing happens to a person. Hmmm
He's not getting the time if they get him to wrap if he rats he's going to walk probation if he has no record that serious and they're going after the big guns
Yeah I think it's even worse when you cross state lines.
I loved the way this police officer spoke to his dog. It was really cute.😊😊❤❤ well done that beautiful dog. He deserves a steak dinner
Phone call: "Yeah I'm not gonna make the drop today. When? Eh...Maybe in 10 to 20?"
The way his heart must have just sunk when trooper told him he's got a dog lol.
Officer: "Feel like answering my questions now?"
Dude: "No, I don't think I should."
Dude: *Proceeds to answer every single subsequent question put to him.*
Yeah, you don't catch the smart ones.
Ya a snitched
Dude is not the sharpest tool in the shed that is for sure.
That smile on the Trooper's face as he heads back to his squad car, lol. Well done, K9 Raptor, well done! I love the way the Trooper talks to his four legged partner.
Trooper playing good ole boy? What a performance.
@andacochran8703
He was quite the barney fife wasn't he. I like him.
@@watershed44 No one could EVER out-Barney Barney!!
7:22 love how he speaks to his doggo 💙
This mule is going to need to got into the witness protection program. So much info given in this video, he and/or his family is/are going to be targeted by drug dealers. Why in the name of crap do people think that this is "easy money?" Doesn't look so easy now does it!!
Witness protection for less than 40 pounds of weed? Lmao!
I like how the guy says he’s not ready to answer questions yet but he answered so many questions before that unwittingly. Trooper was 5 steps ahead of him the whole time.
One of the few videos I’ve seen where the guy admits to having drugs before the search even begins.
Also love how he handles his dog! Great handler.
I think a lot of that has to do with how direct and no-nonsense that trooper conducts himself.
That's how it's done to a T! Great job to both the officers! Stay safe 🙏 ❤
I literally could watch this AWESOME Trooper & Officer RAPTOR all day!!! They NEED their own channel! ❤👏❤️👏❤️
Trooper said, “stay out of Arkansas.” They’ve turned up the heat because of the fentanyl.
the cops voice when he talks to the dog is adorable :)
LOL. "Didn't signal." Someone dropped a dime on this guy. That's the real story behind most of these. The cop has a great relationship with his dog. "Be right back" he says before he gets out of the squad car!
Yea i dont buy all these stops r random. They r tipped off
@@MakingItHappenMWC It seems that they are tipped off for TH-cam videos, even the sound quality of the Cops voice is a direct wireless clip-on mic.
@@holygeneration7stop smoking crank
This guys is a copping machine. Has it down to a science. Him sniffing around the front of the car during the search was crazy
I love this cop. He has a way with people. He does a great job. Keep up the great work.
Great Job Mark, love the field interview techniques, and the big smile when you are retrieving your pup.
Love the K9 so good at your job Raptor 💙🇺🇸🐕🦺🐾🐾
These two make an awesome team! Raptor is such a handsome dog. I love how the trooper speaks to him. ❤❤
The smile on the troopers face and the head shake as he’s walking back to the car knowing he’s got him something good is priceless 😂😂
I said this!😂😂😂😂
Way to go AST’s! May the Lord continue to bless you and your families, with His salvation, wisdom, discernment and favor, and peace. 👮🏼♀️🐕🙏🏻
Excellent work. Law enforcement does more for us than we'll ever know.❤
Like what, protect the true criminals in the government?
Drive the car to Atlanta with and undercover driving, catch the recivers too.
All arrests should go this smooth, great trooper, and k9.
They must not watch this channel you don't come through Arkansas with a Rent-A-Car alright U-Haul for that matter
Love this Trooper and his K-9 partner! Mutual love and respect! ❤️
Job well done!
K-9 Raptor is a star ⭐🇺🇸🌞. Trooper Blacker seems so tickled doing his job w/his partner Raptor.
Well done you two!!
I will never understand why people "riding dirty" would commit ANY violation of ANY kind!
Nobody’s perfect
The violation is just an excuse to cover up the fact dude was hot and got caught pants down.
9/10 times they make something up
You're so nervous u do shit u won't normally do...
It’s impossible not too.
Love when K9 officers talk to their dogs.
Oh and the first giveaway was when the driver said "Yuma, Arizona"........ If you don't know that is one major sector for the drug cartels and the drug mules.... It's infamous for all the wrong reasons....
Not including Nick Pappageorgio.
Great cop, smooth as silk
Drug dealer's: detour around Arkansas.
Drug runner: that will add 1000 miles to my trip.
Drug dealer: but it will keep you out of jail, and our drug's safe.
😊
Love to see the pups do their jobs! Excellent!!
“What am I looking at…”
“A felony”
A very pissed cartel member too. “Hey hombre where’s my money”? Sound familiar?
I love this pair. Such a good boy and a happy dog! I love the voice when he talks to his partner. Such a sweet relationship
I love this channel. 😅😎
Wow! Great video . Beautiful Dog and slick ass Trooper !! Kudos
Lol
This was weed coming from Oklahoma. Cartels weren’t involved.
@@jetgear2007 maybe, maybe not....
Trooper,I Love your attitude & your accent. Awesome.
I Love them State Troopers.!!!
Could be stock window tint. That would be ridiculous is someone tinted a rental car.
Man, i love this officer's demeanor and accent. Also, Raptor is a bad ass.
Trooper had a tip on this bust the way he went right after this car, and the grin on his face and the comment to the K9 "I'll be right back."
I trained my German Shepherd for search and rescue and I talked to her the same way, they really respond to it. The higher you can get your voice the better.
"my buddy and his grandma" ...I think it's time they are taught a new line
Great job officer. And your k9 too👍👍👍💪💪💪💪
I had a friend that was a truckdriver over 20 years ago smuggled 500lbs of weed 13:58 in his diesel trailer as a mule for someone. DPS stopped him, he got 5 years federal.
Wonderful officer here with his pooch can’t get enough!!!
It's clearly obvious Arkansas judges allow police to make traffic stops without probable cause. In California a case like this would be thrown out by a judge or destroyed by a decent Criminal Defense Lawyer.
He was pulled over for failure to signal a lane change. That is a traffic infraction and legitimate probable cause.
@@bills6946 no it's not. His vehicle was profiled for the out of state license plate and the 4th amendment violations that followed were also illegal.
@@Sub-Zero-392 The dash cam will show no lane change signal. The dog alerted to drugs. It was a legal stop and search. You assume without evidence he was profiled because of his license plate. In court, you need evidence, not assumptions or theories.
@@bills6946 cool story bro. Now explain all the other traffic stops that involve no PC and vehicles with out of state plates. Perhaps you are one of these people who believe in coincidence even if it's a clear pattern of illegal procedure.
Love it! Such smart and well trained K-9 Raptor ❤🐕👍😁
While letting him use his phone he might have alerted the drug Lord for help , and then the cop would have been in great trouble if ambushed ....doesnt bear thinking what could have happened....Keep safe all you cops you do a great job.
