It sometimes seems Juan Deere builds things to milk the hours for their service department . Everyone knows that sooner than later someone is going to have to skin dive those shift cables. Thanks for showing us how they do things Warren. Thanks again and Best Wishes to You and Your Family.
you would think that a good removable panel in the floor of the cab would make that "fairly" accessible ,at least to look at weather the cables are shifting or not
Warren,I’m spend some time with today!glad to see it dried a little, I knew you’d find the problem on the tractor, which you did,the hay lift was a special job, enjoyed it today, hope ya record to the finish line, see ya then.
Well sir, you had quite the audience while you working on the DEERE and they were getting pretty vocal about it as well. Animals sure get curious about what goes on or maybe just hunger and were complaining a little. Thanks for the update, enjoyed watching.
The Cows have convened and came to the conclusion that the Roach Coach is broken and are displeased as such. But the nice man is here now to fix it. As Warren occasionally glances their direction to make sure there isn't a Cow upheaval. The Coach must be repaired!!! MMMOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Another Great Video, Warren. I don’t know how you can work on equipment without a crane truck anymore, especially in field work. I guess you would have to drag the equipment to a shop. It seems like you use your crane on every job. It’s a handy piece of equipment. We worked out of a 3/4 ton Chevy pickup when I worked for the farm equipment dealership, Thanks Again for dragging us along for the adventure.
Great video Warren glad you were able to figure out what wrong with the feed tractor. Fixing the lift cylinder on that Cat hay squeeze looks interesting. Hopefully you can find the part's you need to get it back working again. Thanks for sharing stay safe Warren.
Oh strewth mate..I felt the window. Maybe am just older but I sure as sh×t dont remember clouds being straight lines . Great work Warren. Best of the best for you and your family.
I like how you think out loud. Helps in diagnostic steps and learning to get mechanically inclined. Also, if you have time to make a video update on your service truck pros/cons, wishes/wants for shoppers that would be helpful. I did watch your old one from when you bought this one at the auction. If you pay $25K 6-7 years ago, what would you pay now for the same setup? $50K?
Hey Warren, geez 6 min after you posted you had 150 views and 52 likes, you’re getting to be quite popular. Great video. At what point do you ask them to bring the equipment to your shop. Wouldn’t it be easier to work on them there? Thanks much, always enjoy them.
I own a few JD 6M tractors, I've changed shifter cables a couple times on them. That 30 series looks pretty tight for room, the 6M's you can change the cables without removing the cab or tires. Even better on the 2016-19 tractors cause the cab is slightly higher off the frame (thanks to having a larger fuel/def tank) compared to the 2015's and earlier :)
Hello Warren, Enjoy your channel been watching awhile. Enjoy that out door not afraid of some dirt and grease. I have a question on those coveralls type you have seem to hold up well? Where do you get them? I enjoy your dogs. I can see you do to. You’re a hard working no nonsense guy. Keep them remote calls going. Enjoy watching down here in Alabama. I work as a gasoline mechanic before. Don’t know why you can’t get a good person to work with you.
Cattle may be a feed thing, but when I was a kid anytime we were playing out in the bush the cattle would eventually move in all around us. I think they were just curious.
Hey I been watching you for a good min now love your content !!! How do you change diff rear axle fluid ?? I got a kw 2020 literally doesn’t have a drain plug at the very bottom so not sure if I need pump it out or what’s the case ??? It only have a lug nut to fill it up thru and another one that’s for the sensor it’s about 5 inch under the fill up lug nut so it’s not at the very bottom so I wouldn’t think it’s that one !!!. Can you please help me on that if you can . Thank you !! 👍

Hi Warren. Me too front Italy. I remember tllting a 7530 cab few years ago very interesting job to reach the gearbox.good job
Don't you mean 180 degree ,,360 would mean you are back where you started,,At the beginning of the problem,,,
Not sure which is better, watching a world class mechanic at work or listening to him talk to the cows.
“We’ll get through this together…” 😂

I'm sure your glad it was just a cable broken!! Still very heavy work!!
All the best from Canada
Thanks for taking us along on another interesting repair video. Must have been close to feeding time, our cows certainly let me know if I am late
The main mast cylinder is always a heavy one to handle. Its when you most certainly need a crane and a strong back ! keep safe out there.
Hey Warren. Kindest regards,Bill 🇨🇦🇨🇦
Super Great to see you tonight!!!!
As always, thanks for taking us along Warren!
How u do all that work buy yourself amazes me be safe Warren
Lots of broken stuff!!! Just keep plugging away at it! Thanks Warren!

As a retired HVAC/R mechanic, I know the feeling when you finally discover the issue. Working in all kinds of weather, I feel your pain!
interesting never saw the cab tipped before always wondered how it was done
You have fans right there watching you work 😅

Warren what ever your being for these field service calls.......its not enough! This is hard and dirty work. Good job.
I will bet you it’s a lot less a dealer mechanic charges for sure
Nice job Warren, looks like you had a bunch of observers show up. Thanks for the video!!!

I have a big enough mess there, let them have the mess.
Yeah, I’m glad the cows are very friendly
What's up Warren glad to see new videos
Those cows are thinking "look fellows, Warren is back"!
That crane on your service truck is a must for what you do. Jacks just won't lift a cab or a wheel.
Time to watch..an make tractors great again..yeet..🎉🎉🎉..cheers
Amazing... I'd been there two days just getting it apart and four days to put it all back together.
Thanks warren great struggles 🍀👌

It will be interesting to see how J Deer reacts to the threat from D Trump for 200% tarrifs on imports from Mexico.
