@jamesboggess9991 thanks...in all honesty there is really not much difference between Northern France and south east England. I'd say both areas wetter in winter than they were a decade ago.
Bonjour Bonne Anne pour 2025, I think the property is the best one you have shown shofar, It may be the case that if one agent is more contactable then the other especially over the Christmas period and so got the commission. In my area of France over Christmas we have been swamped by Americans staying in Air B and Bs for week looking around and buying a property , maybe dew to the Trump factor, The property need to be rendered over the block work and around the satellite dish at the front of the property, It would be easy just to finish that property off, Happy New year.
This looks adorable! Thanks for showing us these homes.
Good luck with your house sale.happy new year
That's a belter of a house that you found.😊
Happy new year!
Best wishes for 2025, Badseed ! Hope your dream will come true this year !
I like your style. You explain a lot of things a home buyer would ask. What’s the climate like there? Warmer than London?

2 acres
You ever going to france😮
Lol...God I hope so...need to find a buyer first...once I exchange contracts I'll be booking that ferry.
How much with ALL fees, lawyers, noteary taxes etc ?
I think 7% is average notaire fee...maybe 1k solicitors and translation. I THINK you'd probably add 10 to 15 % on overall sale price. 👍
