I have a 2019 just like yours, except mine has stripes. I have BMR jacking rails on mine, and If you look under the car and see 2 more sets of bolt hole locations between your tie downs, you'll be fine with installing the rails.
Hi great video, i too have a2019 gt350 had a hard time finding good tires. Removed the cup 2 s too dangerous in the rain! Michelin 4s makes only front tires not the rear! So i had to go with pilot super sport! What do you have?
Hey thanks for watching the video! I was running the tires that the previous owner put on which I believe were Michelin Pilot Super Sports? They were the predecessor of the Pilot 4S tires I think. They did very well on the street and did good on the track for what they were.
Beautiful GT350 and nice touches, this video is inspiring me to get me one, unfortunately I have to wait until next year and follow your advice and able to find a 2019 GT350
You gotta get the blue valve covers that take the place of the black valve covers that sit over top of the spark plugs/ignition coils. They snap right into place and adds some colour to the engine bay.Not too expensive either.
@@ProjectCarMedia Hey.American Muscle carries them. They're $89.00.They look really good on my '17 Shelby.Mind you, I have a Lighting Blue 350, but I still think they would look good on your 350.It also has Ford Performance lettered on top.
Great video. I will be waiting for the install video for the tow hook. I have jacking rails on both mine and my wife's 350s. The only tie down kit I can use is the Steeda kit because of the location of those two bolts. All of the others will not work.
Thanks for watching! Looking at the non full length Steeda jacking rails it appears that perhaps I could put the tie down loops on top of the jacking rail as long as the bolts are long enough. Hmm I'll have to do some research!
@@lmjames33 Thanks for letting me know the link doesn't work anymore. It looks like Amazon stopped carrying it. I went ahead and fixed the link which now points to the filter at Ford Performance. It's about the same price as Amazon. Thank you for watching!!
I was actually going to but I read they fixed that in the 2019+ as well. I began to wonder what people were talking about as my clutch felt totally normal then I read that!
@@ProjectCarMedia I have a 2017 and the stock spring had a flat spot after a few inches of travel. This was the same spring used in all of the manual Mustangs. The replacement spring is a little stiffer and pushes the pedal back consistently.
I have the BMR Jacking Rails, they are made out of rectangular tubing and will most likely cover the tie down mounting holes. You may want to look at the Steeda Ultralite Jacking Rails.. They use flat plates on the ends that you should just be able to add the Tie Down Plates to the rail plates. Check them out and thanks for sharing the videos! 👍
@@noworries272 I’ve read you can just use warm water and a mild detergent like Dawn or something similar. Rinse it out and then let it dry completely and you’re good to go!
I've got a gt350 also! I've got the FP oil separators, borla ATAK axle backs, arp wheels studs, OEM 350R springs and sway bars and OEM Euro taillights
Awesome mod list! Do you like the arp wheel studs?
@@ProjectCarMedia yes, some what more indepth install, especially the rears but totally worth it. Check out my IG for pictures @anthony_vincent92

Good to know for next time! Thank you!
That’s one sharp Mustang congratulations

@@ProjectCarMedia I ended up getting a K&N for the GT350. No problem man. Later
If you don’t already have it, you should install the $20 steeda clutch spring. World of difference

surprised a company doesnt make a jacking rail with integrated tie down hooks. If not I may have a new product to offer.
I’m surprised as well. That’s a million dollar idea right there!
@@ProjectCarMedia I’ll look into mocking up a set on my car and do a video on them
@@ajhartmanaero Heck yeah!!
What’s the weight savings vs stock on the aluminum covers?
You’re actually adding weight because they just attach to the top of the existing lid. They’re definitely dress up items but I like them haha.
Where’s the new gt350 videos?
I posted a few after this one including at a couple different track days but I eventually sold it :(

No they’re there Samoe Daddy! You just have to expand the description ☺️

Only you and maybe a handful of people know what you are talking about when you mention those "tie-down brackets"
I sure don't know what they are.
They just give you options to hook straps to on the car if you trailer it since there aren’t any good spots without them. Thanks for watching!
