This is incredibly misleading. All of the photos show single-family homes or in one case a townhouse, while the average cost includes many condos. While neighborhood averages may be $500k to $700k, the homes in the photos are over a million.
Your prices are way off. Housing is NOT affordable in Arlington! Many homes get torn down rebuilt and put back on the market and sit vacant. The entire NOVO area is over priced. You live in a bubble..
