Have you tried Worldpackers before? I'm interested to see what some other opportunities are like in Europe over the next few months so stick around if you want to see how those go 🥰 I'll update you with new Worldpackers videos next time I do one!
I've heard so much about it normally being much more hours than they originally established but, isn't that reportable, can't you do something to make sure they keep the obligations they adverstised?
You can report it! I think sometimes people are scared to because they don't want to get a bad review from the organization or have to find somewhere else to go. It's definitely something that needs a little work so people don't find themselves in a position where the hours are different than what was initially agreed upon!
Is it legal? Because if I get stop in the airport and they ask what would I be doing in the UK where am I staying, have you booked your hotel? How can I answer 🤔 What would I say ?
It depends on the country you’re visiting, the passport you have and if the listing says you need a volunteer/work permit! You can always ask the host ahead of time and when they ask where you’re staying you can just provide them with the address of the home/hostel/farm etc!
Appreciate you for the video! Been looking for an opportunity to travel more and leave the rat race in the US. Almost 40 and have a decent savings but I don’t care about money anymore. Just looking to help more ppl and make more of an impact on this beautiful world. 🙏🏼
