I passed my exam this past Saturday. First try. Thanks to CA realty training. Highly recommend them. Just started the process at Keller Williams to get the skills to become a real estate agent.
Everything you are saying in this video is true. I took your RE California pre--licensing class and in between completing the courses, and waiting on DRE to process my application (about 6 weeks), I was studying. I went in the exam with confidence and passed on the first time! I am so grateful to my instructor in my classes, he was really informative and good. So, it can be done on the first try. Thank you for all your videos, they are very helpful.
Wow thank you so much for sharing this with me! This kind of news makes me so happy, you have no idea. I'm really glad that the program helped you out. Out of curiosity, who was your instructor? Thanks again!
I'm on my third attempt through kaplan. Got a score higher than the first but having to restart the beginner 60 hour. So, working with the coordinator of the firm I will be working for this week to start study sessions for others like me in the program. This is definitely not a rushed course and should be paced. That is what I learned. A couple of things that got me stir crazy was having to do with loans of 25 years and having to figure out the correct amount, also the 36 rectangular plot system. Unfortunately, I'm not in the financial state to purchase the practice exam packages and such, but I will watch the videos. First score rushed 47, second time 49. I'm in South Carolina and a lot of the wording change messes me up.
Hope these videos help you out! If you have a study partner be sure to share these videos with them too. It's always nice to study with someone else. Keep going, you got this!
I passed the first time a few weeks ago. The hurdle for me isn't the information or the test. The hurdle is going from paycheck in a job to commissions. But for the test just understand the legal definitions and understand how the test tries to trick you and use all 200 minutes. Good luck.
@@USRealtyTraining I haven’t applied to the real estate 🏡 school yet I am low income and working from pay 💰 check to pay check. I’m trying to reinvent myself. Working on commissions is hard .
I am currently working thru the AZ licsense classes via online daily for 2 hrs at end of day, as I have a fulltime career and family to run during the day. (I am getting license on the side.) This course feels like 4 semesters of college crammed into a 6 month period they allow. Also I have 30 pages of vocab, which beyond what I expected. I do like your advise you gave in your videos of taking 2 months off to study same time each day. I plan do to that and also take practice exam many times until pass multiple times. Any tips, advise or pointers for a person in my position?
I have to applaud your commitment and ability to balance so much. You're taking the necessary steps to build a life-changing career that will positively impact your life and your family's life. That's amazing! Regarding studying, I don't have any other tips or advise that's not laid out in this video. The methodology is built around the idea of "active recall study" which is a proven way to learn a lot of information in an efficient amount of time. If you're curious on taking a little detour to learn more about it, then I recommend it. It's pretty interesting. I have another video on test-taking strategies that you can deploy while taking the exam, which you can watch here: th-cam.com/video/m0Px9k9KDV0/w-d-xo.html&t If you haven't seen it yet, then I would recommend checking it out. Aside from studying, the best advice I can give you and the advice that helped me during hard points in my career is this: remember why you are doing this. It might be for money, ownership of your time, helping your family - anything. It's the thing that resonates with you and keeps that fire going on late nights when everyone else is asleep and you are just sitting down to study for another hour. This might feel like a long road, but as long as you stay on it, put in the work, and stay clear and honest with yourself, then you will make it happen for you despite the rest. You can do this, myself and the rest of the team are rooting for you!

I signed up for your program. And watch and did all the video and test. But anytime i read the book. I just cant concentrate on it. You mention that you need to read the book Becouse you cant explain everything’s on the video. I purchased all 3 books through your website. Is just a lot. Please give me an advice.
Hey there! I totally get it, reading those books can be a real snoozefest. But don't worry, there's a few things you can do to still prepare. 1. Try taking the practice exams in the state exam prep package. Then, whatever you get wrong, look up in your exam prep study guide eBook. The eBook will give you a quick breakdown of that concept. Then you get additional info on that concept by looking up video explanations on this channel. 2. Try breaking down what you read in the textbooks in very small goals. For example, read a couple of pages a night focusing on concept. Over time as you do this, you'll find that you can read more and more and more pages of the textbook because you're training yourself to endure the boringness of the material. 3. Our program has a crash course option for California (working on a national version.) This is a great way to learn the concepts you'll be tested on in a quick weekend course. It's taught by an expert trainer and you can take it in person or on a webinar. We also have pre-recorded videos too! 4. We also have videos of our pre-licensing training program, which is taught by a real estate trainer. They do a great job breaking down the important concepts that can get the ball rolling for you. Let me know if any of these resonate with you. I think the first option will be the best one to really nail down the concepts you should be learning! Thanks for watching.
As an agent for many years, (getting a license now in another state, ) Focus on the business is a must. Take little steps and you can focus. I am ahead of schedule with 3 hours a day.
