For today's video, I am going to sharing with you how I made my own king bed tufted headboard:
Amounts are in Canadian $. The materials I used are:
1 peg board (brown is $7 cheaper than the white) 1/4" x 4' x 8' = $14.50 (I bought this at Rona and they cut it according to the size I requested
    3 woods for the frames - 1" x 2 " x 8' = $6 (free cut by Rona as well) - this is optional but I want a sturdy/durable headboard so I added this.
2 twin mattress toppers ($10 from Facebook Marketplace, $25 from Walmart - It was double because twin size was sold out. Twin was $20)
    1.3 m batting ( Fabricland). I got it for 50% off- $13
    2.5 m fabric (Fabricland). I got it for 50% off - $37.50
heavy duty thread (Fabricland). 20% off - $4.28
    needle (Fabricland) 50% off - $2.45
buttons (1 plastic is over a hundred pcs from Michaels) - $10.50
multipurpose adhesive from Walmart - $7
-clear industrial adhesive from Walmart - $9 (I didn't use this. I used the glue gun instead)
I also used the following but I didn't have to buy them as we have them in our toolbox
    glue gun and glue stick
    staple gun and wire
    hammer
    nails
    tape measure
    chopsticks
    ruler
    sharpie
I only spent $139.23 for my DIY project that is probably $400 if you buy new :)
