You can use from iPhone 6S and 6S Plus. Not from iPhone 6. Because iPhone 6 & 6S are different NAND's.
iPhone 6 & 6Plus ----> Same NAND IC
iPhone 6S , 6SPlus , 7 , 7 Plus ----> Same NAND IC
