    OCD is absolute pure hell especially when it comes to the obsessive and repetitive thoughts. Everything I fear most in life is what repeats in my head and I literally have to repeat mantras over and over again and do that throughout the entire day and I can't stand it much longer. This has been going on for years and I'm at the end of my rope but don't want to end up in therapy or on pills. I'm hoping this will be what helps.

      Dhutchess it breaks my heart that you say you are at the end of your rope but don’t want to try therapy or medicine. Do not be ashamed of using resources to help. OCD is a mental disorder but the brain is part of the body, so it’s still a medical problem. I received TMS for my OCD and it changed my life. I am finally able to live an productive and active lifestyle and am truly happy. I pray you seek help 💕

    I have ocd and it’s pure hell, you are at war trying to fight your compulsions, especially if they involve self harm. Sadly most people don’t have a clue about ocd, most people think ocd is where you are obsessed with cleaning, people just self diagnose themselves with ocd because they clean and tidy and it pisses me off so much cuz they have no idea what ocd really is and how nightmarish it can be.

We understands the pain and are all fighting for the better. Never lose your hopes, stay strong, believe in yourself. Get help if you need. NEVER be ashamed to ask for help. Your brain is sick, and you need treatment, just like what you do when your other body parts are sick. It's a very normal thing. And I hope everything goes well.

    Hey guys! I wanted to share something really important...I kinda had this type of OCD and I felt guilty about it. But I wanted to figure out a way. I tried many ways to get rid of it but it would last only for a very few hours. But now I’m I completely got rid of it through a testimonial I did and I thought that it would help y’all too!
    How to do it:
    🌸First figure out what makes you think like that. Just get rid of them.
    For eg. You might start having these thoughts (uk what I mean) and it would lead to procrastination. Relax and meditate. Start doing your work. Just set your mindset like “I gotta complete this (work) within half an hour “. But make sure that you’re doing it at a faster pace ,cuz when you do your work slowly..you might start having lusty thoughts.
    🌸*THIS ONE IS VERY IMPORTANT AND HELPED ME BETTER THAN THE FIRST ONE*
    Before going to bed , smile and and think about good things and try to fall asleep . When you wake up in the morning, smile again and start dancing as if some kind of good thing happened or as if you’ve won a billion dollar worth lottery. You can even meditate and visual having a very great day and like being happy. Forget about it and just go on with your day(but remember to wear your smile all the day) and try acting as if you’re joyful and excited (to yourself cuz others might think that you’re acting weird). *After this you might never feel like having lusty thoughts and even when you think about it you’ll never want to think about it*
    *I actually found a reason behind this. Whenever you vibrate in your normal frequency you’ll have lusty thoughts, but when you’re smiling or being happy your vibrations increase and doesn’t let the other vibration attract/affect you.*
    Thanks for taking your time reading this. Hope this helps you.

    Remember guys, OCD is not necessarily a disease. Because if it is, then there will be an exact cure for that. There is no solution, if the problem doesn't even exist. All types of OCDs arise due to anxiety and fear. Focus on eliminating axiety and fear in your life, focus on facing insecurities or the things that you dread (public speaking, physical appearance, confidence issues, etc..), automatically you will be able to forget. keep listening to these types of music to make peace with yourself. Love y'all ❤

    this audio is...absolutely wild. it seems that many times when ocd starts flaring while im listening to this, i'll get a headache and then the thought process will fade out far quicker than normal. it's like i can physically feel it working/physically feel my mental state. it makes me feel like my brain is being reconditioned/reprogrammed, but in a good way. it also makes my head feel heat and tension sometimes when my thoughts go against the grain presented by this audio. this really truly makes things easier to deal with; having a physical feeling, i feel, makes me more aware of what's going on when it's going on. also sometimes this makes me dissociate/derealize, but it's nothing i cant deal with--that happens to me during panic attacks sometimes but this is a little different. its also great for naps :)

    I really don't understand what kind of OCD I have. Unwanted sentence/speeches keep playing on my mind when I don't want them to come in. I understand it only happens if I fear a sentence/specific word and don't want to read/speak or hear them. I fear if a sentence keeps playing repeatedly in my head my subconscious mind would accept them as the truth and manifest the worst situation. As an example: I don't want to hear or say 'I have diabetes', I fear this condition very much; my mind plays this sentence in my mind continuosly. I feel like the voice I speak in my mind gets out of my control and speaks against my will in my own head. This is very distressful. I need to say 'I Don't have diabetes' as compulsion. I hate OCD!

      Don’t follow the thoughts
      Our body behaves to good to bad thoughts the same. Important to remember you are not your thoughts. Just as you don’t count every thought in the sky just let them float on by. Come back to the present. Meditation is good because it teaches you how to observe them and notice you are having a thought and come back to the present. Thoughts are thoughts we cannot touch them or feel them or smell them they are inside your head just let them float on by. The more you pay attention to them the more they come up. The unconscious mind does not know what is going on so if it senses worry and panic it will send out theses signals to your body. It doesn’t understand language it understands tone, so if you say to yourself I am ok while sagging your body your unconscious part
      Of your brain will remain calm and over time get calmer.

    Please everyone listen to me, it hurts to see that so many people are facing this . As I came here, I saw the comments, it's beautiful that everyone Is being positive and sympathetic to each other but, while I was going through the comments it made me feel that this is such a big problem, having OCD is such a big problem!WHICH IS NOT TRUE! BELIEVE ME IT'S NOT TRUE! While trying to be positive unintentionally everyone just made it look bigger and worst, don't do that ,don't do that to yourself ,you are just giving ocd more power over yourself , it's all in our head we think it to be a very big problem and that gives it more control over us , there are only few reason that people have it , first and main reason is thinking it to be a big problem, secondly not having important things to do in life( okay don't take me wrong it doesn't means that you don't have goals ,you have goals but ocd gets above everything for you its us who can priorities our things) tell yourself the truth ,the truth that ocd is not a big thing ,most of people have it in different forms it depends on us if you want to ignor it or let it hurt you and then it cause us to feel guilty , no don't feel guilty , you haven't done anything wrong you are the strong one that's willing to fight something that you were not suppose do but still fighting .It's not your fault .Nothing to be guilty about. The unwanted guilty makes it worse, it's the guilt that hurts us the most not the thoughts
    So just ignor it and keep yourself busy as you become more focused in diffrent things eventually this off will go away slowly and you won't even have to ignor anything .As you stop paying attention to it, as you stop believing that it's a huge problem or something, as you become more focused towards life it will go away with some time and there will be a time when you won't even remember that there was any such issue with you once. Stop this sympathy guys focus on your life it will go away.

      This is right many doctors have said it is not to focus so much on the what-ifs and the feeling of guilt. People without this disorder have these thoughts, but they go in out of the brain so fast, and they don't dwell on these thoughts, which in return causes the guilt and more analysis of the particular idea.

    Does anyone know what kind of ocd is that where you repeatedly have to touch your face and mouth and try bones of face? I know this is weird but it would be nice to get answer! :)

      I have noticed, that when i am alone my ocd get worse but with my friends i have very little obsessive thoughts! Ocd is so cruel because it creates depression and affect to your every day life and to your friends..

    *_I'm dead serious, I have re visited this video at least 2500 times. no joke. my ocd was threateningly crazy. It's better now, and medicine is a huge reason why that's the case. so don't keep it to yourself. seek a doctor... unless you want to ruin your career, your social life, and your leisure life._*

      @@DebzLife Thank you for your response. I’ve struggled with torturous Pure Ocd for years and years; ever since I was a young child. I’ve never taken medication for it because I’m scared it could make it worse and it seems complicated trying to find the right medication. But I don’t really have much else to lose at this point because I’m so done with having OCD ruin my life and I don’t want it to ruin my 20s. I’ve read that OCD is rarely treated by medication which makes me even more depressed. Have you seen a noticeable difference in intrusive thoughts with medication?

    • @DebzLife
      @DebzLife 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@gee2541 yes, definitely, medication has helped me to fight my OCD thoughts.. when I feel like I have the urge to perform an OCD ritual, my brain convinces me to stop. This is due to medication.
      Please please consult a doctor, don't go with my medication.

    • @gee2541
      @gee2541 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@DebzLife For me, it’s less about rituals if that makes sense (I struggled with those more when I was younger) but my problem is more so fixating on a specific situation and over-analyzing it for hours and hours. It takes away my whole day most of the time because the thoughts are so intrusive and I will go in circles. Have you struggled with this as well? Also, I will definitely try to find a doctor. It’s hard because I’ve searched for months and there are barely any therapists who specialize in OCD in my area right now due to all of them being booked :(

    I don't know what kind of ocd is this? But i have a serious problem like for example...A certain kind of thinking or fear come in my mind which makes my brain feel paralysed and i am not able to do that things also which i am good at, like if i am reading some kind of fear come in my and i am not able to understand english though i am good at english . Similarly if i am trying to think something important , again a type of fear come in my mind and i am unable to think anything....i am a student and i have to study lot of things whenever i try to deal with qsn ,this ocd makes me unable to deal with that qsn though i know the answer of that qsn....does anyone have this kind of ocd...if yes how do you deal with this?

    • @mirks7929
      @mirks7929 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah I have something similar. Every time I need/want to do something slightly difficult (I’m perfectly capable of doing these things) but obsessive thoughts that are only there to dissuade me from doing that thing prevent me from doing it. (Basically what you have) unfortunately I currently don’t have any major suggestions other than to slowly tackle the task. Decrease the pressure (ex. reading less pages than you need to) and even if you don’t end up focusing at all, keep trying that same amount of pages everyday, one day you will forget about the ocd. However it takes time and is really frustrating/tough
