      Just let them go 😂😂😂 Why years of psychology and psychiatrists if we can press a button and "let them go". How did I never think about "just let them go". I've been suffering all this time in vain

      As someone who's had OCD for 27 years, I truly have no good advice for you other than remember it's not rational, so don't try to argue with it when seeking help. That's the only step I feel confident in giving you.

  • @SkateboardToni
    @SkateboardToni 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +10

    yes, and the most important: you must realize that the thoughts are not your own. Particularly all the negative thoughts. This is what gives you a big relief. They come from outside sources, you are basically just a "radio receiver". You must select which thoughts you pay attention to and to which not. This is the basics, the first assumption. Also from God's side to us.

    I've been listening to the body dysmorphia one, and I've just put this one on, as the two are usually intertwined. I'm feeling some relief from my BDD after just two days, I'm believing these frequencies will do more than the medical profession have ever done. If i don't listen to this, someone I care for while die. Or i might be evicted. Maybe my girlfriend is cheating. I should check her phone for fifteenth time today. Im sure something will show up then.
    If i stop drinking coffee, ill actually fall asleep at night. But now i have caffeine withdrawal, and now i feel depressed. Maybe i should try tea instead. I had an allergic reaction. It must have been the tea. But i cant have coffee any more either. But caffeine withdrawal causes insomnia too. But i already had insomnia when i was having caffeine. If i dont sleep well, ill perform bad at work, and if im too tired and someone tries to speak to me, ill have a terrible response.
    I want to lose weight. I hate exercise. I dont like healthy food. Keto causes anemia. Paleo causes anemia. I feel apathetic. Maybe my dad isnt texting me back because hes dead. Maybe if i take a shower at exactly nine o'clock, he'll still be alive, and he'll text me back.
    My car is acting up. I dont know what the problem is. Maybe its gas from the same station i always go to. Ill try another. Maybe they have bad gasoline too. Maybe if i go there at five thirty on Wednesday, i will get good gasoline. But only if there are no red trucks there.
    Its 5:45 am every time i look at the clock. Maybe that means something. Maybe thats when a tragic event will happen in my life. Maybe if i stay alert every time its 5:45 am, i can prevent it. But wait. What if its a red Herring and its actually going to happen at 5:45 pm instead. I have to stay focused.
    If i plau guitar ill never meet my goals.
    I like my old phone more than my new one. I like my new phone more. I dont like either of these phones.
    No one understands me. No one understands that in my pursuit to convince someone they're hurting me. It turns out im the one hurting them.
    Dont use scissors when youre around anyone. Whats that smoke. I want to be simple. Im so complicated. Can i be so sure?

But ocd roots are in brain stem. The most underestimated area in pyschology. 5 parts to every part different herbs and gemstones and movement. For example midbrain tourmaline stone with musk and baobab tree movement side lunges. Ventra tegmental are reverse horse stance walk crystal amethyist herbs is blue anemone oil. I will finish the other parts now i need to do something

Basically brain stem movement is owl walk slight difference each part. You should step like you are on hot sand one feet touch the ground immadately the other is up.
